We had a last minute trip to Lakepoint for baseball and were lucky enough to find this little gem. It was 3 minutes from the fields, was spotless (I'm a clean freak!), and the layout was perfect. There's some noise from the busy road, but it didn't bother us. The owners were great with communication and were very flexible with our schedule. We would 100% stay here again.

Perfect Place

This property was absolutely what we were wanting for our stay. It was close to our event and had plenty of room. The house was beautiful and very well furnished. It was so very clean that it looked like we were the first people to ever stay there. The host was delightful to deal with and made us feel welcomed.

Great place!

This spot is the perfect place to stay if your child is participating in a sporting event at the LakePoint complex. Highly recommend for location in proximity to the complex (less than 5 minute drive) & close to restaurants and kid activities. The host was super nice, as well. We really appreciated that upon arrival there were a few snacks and fully stocked coffee bar for us to enjoy.

Very clean home. Roomy for the size with lots of sleeping options available for those with kids or large families. We enjoyed the home and was perfect for our travel needs. Nice kitchen and home looks like it’s been remodeled sometime recently. 5 stars for me! If I’m ever in Emerson again for a weekend sporting event I will definitely be looking to book this place.

The house was in a great location. We were in town for a tournament at Lakepoint and it had everything we needed to be comfortable. We had two families and the bunk room was great. Everything was nice and new and clean and the place was well-stocked.Vicky left snacks and a sweet note and was great when I realized I had left something there. I highly recommend this host and this property!

Stayed here for our JW convention at the LakePoint Sports center and it’s was sooo close it was perfect. They had the cutest welcome basket with snacks that was thoughtful. Also Walmart, Publix and and store is like 10-20 mins away so not bad and there’s a dollar general like 2 min away it’s a great location. Only thing to have in mind is the house is very close to the street so at night in the front 2 rooms you can hear alot of cars and the train but the host had some ear plugs there and that did the trick. But if you’re a light sleeper take the maester bedroom. In general we loved the house and will be back for our convention next year!
