Welcome to a sanctuary of comfort and convenience in Wilmington. Our home offers a seamless blend of cozy living and a prime location, nestled between peaceful beaches and lively downtown.

Living Room
Step inside and find a welcoming living room bathed in natural light. Relax on the oversized couch while watching your favorite shows on the 55" HDTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+.

Dining Area
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with a wooden table that seats six. The space is perfect for family meals, with additional seating available at the granite-topped kitchen island.

Kitchen
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. It's a great space for cooking and socializing, making meal prep a fun activity for everyone.

Bedrooms
Head upstairs to find three comfortable bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is ideal for children or singles, offering three single beds, including a bunk bed.

This place was so cute! Perfectly stocked kitchen, very open and spacious downstairs. Upstairs were three bedrooms all nicely decorated. Sheets and beds were comfy! Quiet alley and nice area to walk your dogs around the block!

Great neighborhood!

We stayed at this property for two nights. The house spacious and clean. The towels were especially fresh. All of us were adults, but the room that is set up for children is adorable and has lots of books and toys for them. We didn’t have a pet, but the downstairs was clearly pet friendly. We also enjoyed the front porch, the back porch, and the ambiance of the neighborhood. Cherie was super responsive but we had zero problems.

Good place!

Nice place to stay. If you have large vehicles parking may be an issue. We made it work though. We had a van, truck and suv. We did enjoy our stay.

Definitely choose this one

Property is in excellent location within walking distance to food, coffee and shops on Castle street as well as to downtown Wilmington. Safe area for families. The home is well maintained with lots of space to spread out. The king bed had a great mattress and soft sheets and blankets. Owner notified us at checkin of a repair that needed to be made and worked w us on a convenient time. Room in the back yard for our small dog to run around and plenty of sidewalks nearby for longer walks. The houses are close together in this section of downtown Wilmington, but we never heard any noise from neighbors. We were able to fit two cars here - one in the side space and one in front of house (Sequoia fit both places). We landed here after our original rental nearby had no water and this owner was so helpful in answering my questions about the water line repair situation, and getting us booked quickly. 100% recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely home in historic district

The house was very beautiful and decorated so cozy. The beds were a hit with everyone and the grandkids loved the kids room. Super close to everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay

So cozy!

The beds were comfortable, the sofa was cozy, throw blankets were a nice touch, everything was super clean, and the location is great. Easily within walking distance to downtown, the neighborhood is super quiet and cute. We would stay again in a second.

A Perfect Home Away from Home

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home when visiting Wilmington for the holidays and a school tour. Perfectly situated with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and stores. Comfy couch for us all to enjoy football and movies over the Thanksgiving weekend. Hugely recommend the Flying Machine Oyster Bar in Wrightsville beach - The "Tower" fish sandwich is amazing. And closer to the house, definitely hit up Folks Cafe.

Very clean and Comfortable in beautiful Wilmington NC

Our family (an extended family of six) spent two very comfortable nights in this perfect size home. We were all extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the entire home. The towels and bed linens were super clean and comfortable. Our host Cherie was fantastic with our booking and follow up questions. Location was convenient and everything went very smoothly. Nice home in nice quiet street

We had a wonderful stay here in Wilmington. We had plenty of room, the house was clean and exactly as pictured. The owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns, even during our stay. Downtown was about a 15 minute walk, and a little less than a mile which worked out great. Definitely recommend!

Great place

We loved our stay. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. Super clean and nicely decorated. Having 2.5 bathrooms was a big plus. Close to downtown and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was that coffeemaker was broken but we figured out a workaround. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

We loved staying at this beautiful home. The beds were extremely comfortable and seating options were plentiful and comfy in the communal living space. We have some challenged with the key-less entry but Cherie was quick to help with those. The only negative was that there was no coffee pot which meant we had to go out and get coffee every morning which was about 20 dollars a day for 5 days to accommodate our coffee drinkers. We would definitely stay here again. Walkable to downtown and a beautiful neighborhood.

Perfect spot in Wilmington

We loved our stay in Wilmington! The house is beautifully done and is convenient walk to downtown/riverwalk. It is also very quiet on a charming side street. We loved that it was pet friendly but was still so clean. Our host was very communicative and responded promptly to any questions we had. The whole house was very cozy and comfortable - the master bed was better than any hotel we stayed in! I think the only suggestion would be some proper kitchen knives - we did cook a few meals while we were there and that was the only thing lacking in the kitchen, otherwise we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and we hope to stay again in the future!

Nice house on a quiet, family friendly street

The family stayed here while our daughter attended UNCW orientation. The house completely met our expectations! It was clean, well organized, and had a nice floor plan!! The couch with the large footstool was especially nice for the evening wind down!! The location was ideal as well, with downtown only a few blocks away; we enjoyed venturing downtown and eating at some of the different local restaurants. We brought our dog along and enjoyed walking around the historic neighborhoods and checking out all of the old houses!! Overall, a great house in a great location!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location near the historical district and riverwalk.

The rental was very comfortable for our family stay. Loved the large comfortable sofa and large screen TV in the living room, open kitchen to eating area with table and 6 chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other common supplies. Bedrooms were nicely decorated with firm mattresses. The host was easy to get ahold of for answering questions and responded quickly. All in all we had a great stay at this home.
