Here’s a polished and balanced review you can post on Vrbo or share with others:---We had a fun trip and really enjoyed our time in Providenciales! The home was easy to find, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone. The views from the dining room are absolutely *to die for*, and being right on the sound was truly magnificent — peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing mornings.A few things to be aware of: You must use the **front door** to access the apartment, pool house, and pool area, as the back door only leads to the deck. Unfortunately, we also experienced a **major leak in the owner’s bathroom**. Although it was reported early, it wasn’t addressed until the day before our departure. The leak came from the tub and soaked the entire bathroom floor, spreading into the bedroom closet and causing a foul smell throughout the stay. Additionally, the **door handle** on one bedroom kept falling off, and the **fire alarm batteries** were not replaced when requested.Location-wise, it’s about a **4-minute drive** to both Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay, and roughly **25 minutes** to Grace Bay.Overall, the property has great potential thanks to the location and views, but it definitely needs more attentive maintenance to provide the best experience for guests.
Tub had to be removed. We never used it.
Water spread to the vanity and soaked the mat.

Geräumiges Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Großes Haus mit vollständig ausgestatteter Küche und sehr schönem Ausblick auf den Chalk Sound, auch vom Infinity-Pool aus. Weitgehend uneinsehbares Grundstück mit großzügigen Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Kayaks haben wir nicht genutzt, zum einen weil das Starten vom felsigen Ufer aus in den Sound nicht einfach sein dürfte, zum anderen weil es ziemlich windig war und das Wasser im Chalk Sound dann schnell unruhig wird (auch zum Schwimmen nicht so geeignet). Empfehlenswert zum Baden sind der Taylor Bay Beach (sehr flach) und natürlich die Grace Bay.

Beautiful home on chalk sound

The view of the Sound at Breezy Palms is better than it looks in photos. At certain times of day, the color of the water is a gorgeous turquoise that seems unreal. The house is completely equipped with everything you’ll need. We found it spacious and a relaxing environment for our family. Having a pool on site, a pool table, and access to kayaks gave us plenty to do. We loved our week in Turks and hope to return.Julian was super informative and made sure we had everything we needed.

Superior views & great vibes!

What a fabulous trip we had. Check in with Julian our property manager was smooth and very helpful. The property was clean and very nice. Pictures don’t do it justice! The views from Breezy Palms are unbelievable ! Top 10 weather days, good communication with Julian. Minutes from Taylor Bay (beautiful) and Sopidilla Beach (so fun) we loved everything about our trip!

Perfect

This is our second time staying at Breezy Palms (and not the last) Jon and staff are always very accommodating. If there was a problem, they were there within the hour to take care of it. No issues! The house is stunning with an amazing view. Not far from the beaches but you will need a car. Paddle boards and kayaks to enjoy. We LOVE IT there!! Thank you all to such an amazing time. Hope to see you all again soon

Beatiful villa and breathtaking views

We were a party of 10 (3 different families) ages ranging from 12 to mid-50s. All of us were in awe the day we arrived and walked inside. The view of Chalk Sound Bay is not something you ever get used to... it's absolutely beautiful! The house was very spacious and just as described in the listing. Julian and his team were very quick to respond anytime we had a question. You will not be disappointed in this villa or location. We were just a few minutes from Sapodilla Bay beach (easily our favorite) and approximately 20-25 minute drive to Grace Bay, for shopping and food, or Leeward Bay, for the clear kayaks. We cannot wait to return!

Great place; great time! We basically had the sound to ourselves the entire week. Views are even better in person than they appear online. It would be nice to have a larger credit for A/C (power) usage. We only ran A/C in bedrooms at night and went over by $150 for the week. Other than that, place was exceptional.

Great View/ Misleading Listing

Fantastic location with one of the best views of Chalk Sound, very clean. Description on VRBO makes no mention for additional charge for electricity. During the check-in process, when we arrived, the property manager raised this issue and insisted on us signing a document with my credit card information allowing them to change for electricity. This was misleading since it was not mentioned in the listing. The pool table has a long crack in the slate which makes it unusable. Strange layout as there is no way to get to the backyard from a back door exit. One has to exit the front door and walk around the house to the back yard.

Amazing View

Pictures do not do the house or the AMAZING view justice!!! We had a wonderful and memorable stay and would 100% return for a future trip. The property manager, Julian, was on top of any/all of our needs…he went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everything from booking, communication, check-in/out went seamlessly. Great stay!

We had two families stay at the house for a week and we had a wonderful time. The location is great and the nearby beaches are wonderful. The view of the sound is amazing and it was a joy waking up to every morning. Highly recommend!

Breezy Palms was the best!

My family and I (7 adults) had a fantastic stay at Breezy Palms during the 2023 Christmas break. The property was fantastic. You can't beat the waterfront Chalk Sound view - paradise! We really appreciated the secluded location but at the same time, it was never more than 20-minutes away from anything. My family really enjoyed the pool and taking the kayaks out on the sound. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The appliances worked well and we appreciated the large washer and dryer - we definitely made good use of it. The property management team for Breezy Palms was amazing! We had several hour delays getting in and it was no problem. Julien met us at the property and explained everything really well. He gave us good tips on how to maximize the A/C allowance. We ended going over by $150 but we expected that and was totally fine with that as there were several days where there was no breeze. One night there was an issue with the A/C not working in the downstairs apartment where my sister and brother-in-law were staying. We contacted Julien and he made sure the maintenance team came right away and took care of the issue. I can't recommend this property enough. I would absolutely recommend Breezy Palms to anyone!

Wonderful family vacation

We rented Breezy Palms for a family vacation and it was great. The house is beautiful. Everything was updated. The location is perfect if you like a quiet vacation. We had Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay right up the road. Las Brisas restaurant as well which was delicious. Conch chowder with pastry lid is a must try, your welcome and its not crazy expensive. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked, games, speaker, kayaks, and more. Julian was great and very responsive. Communication was wonderful from start. Do bring hydrocortisone cream and bug spray. Hw

Paradise

The communication was great. From booking with John to property management up to and during our visit. The home was beautiful with an amazing view. We loved the pool and the pool house that had a bar and fridge and half bath. The downstairs apartment included another bathroom, fridge, sink and sofa sleeper. A coffee maker and small microwave would be a welcome addition in the apartment. The basics of dish detergent, laundry soap and toilet paper and garbage bags were supplied. We appreciated the mid week maid service too. A second house key would have been helpful with our group size. Overall the stay was magical and I would highly recommend! You’ll be close to great south shore beaches and restaurants!

The view says it all

Unbelievable view. Nothing else matters! But to elaborate, the property was well maintained, fully stocked, and clean. The pool was great. Property management team was great. We had a couple of minor issues, but Julian and his team responded each time in less than 10 minutes. Couldn't ask for anything more. Electrical usage is a bit of an issue. Our rental agreement said we got $300 in electricity for the week. No problem, we don't use that much in a month in the summer. But we quickly realized that we were going to blow through that allowance fast. We turned the AC units off when we were gone, kept them off or at 29 degrees Celsius (84 degrees Fahrenheit) during the day while we were there, and kept them at 26 degrees Celsius (78 degrees Fahrenheit) at night, but we still went over our allowance about half way into the trip. Air circulation is an issue in the master bathroom. There is none. So that room gets hot. We bought a box fan to help force air into that room while we were there. We left the fan, hopefully future guests can use it. When we come back to TCI, we will have this house on the top of our list.

The entire family said this was the best house we could’ve chosen on the entire island!

This was a family vacation with grandparents, children and grandkids. Everyone had a great time plenty of room for everyone to stay, the swimming pool, and the dock to the chalk sound were amazing! The location is very quiet and very private, but close enough to local restaurants and only 20 minutes from the airport. The rental agency was over the top! The photos on this listing do not give the place justice. It is absolutely gorgeous, and a great place to stay.

Incredible week at Breezy Palms!

We had a fantastic week at Breezy Palms! The house was very spacious for our family of 7. The location on Chalk Sound is beautiful, and it is very close to gorgeous Sapodilla Bay. We had great communication with Julian, Faye, and Jona, so check-in and check-out were very easy. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking(including a Keurig if you want to bring your own pods). There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, pool floats, and two beach umbrellas provided. The pool and view are so enjoyable that we probably spent as much time relaxing at the house as we did venturing to other parts the island. Definitely recommend doing a snorkeling boat trip!!

Great trip, and beautiful location! We had a great time hanging by the pool as well as going off the dock and floating in the sound! The few issues we did have while staying were quickly addressed by the property management company. Everyone of us was able to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and look forward to returning someday in the future.

Good location! Beautiful Views!!

The communication with Julian & Faye was exceptional!! The house was in a good location with beautiful views of Chalk Sound. It was easy to find and very clean when we arrived. The water in Chalk Sound was rough all week so we weren't able to swim or kayak any during our stay. The house could use a little updating but nothing major. The bugs were really bad inside and outside of the house all week so keeping bug spray with you is a must! Overall the place was great and I would recommend staying there!

~Amazing Week~

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Julian met us and showed us how to use everything in the house. The house was clean and included a LOT of thoughtful details (soap and shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms!). Plenty of pool toys and chairs and umbrellas for beach time. Neighborhood tips: Go to the grocery store (Graceway IGA) when you land. Chalk Sound is the best place to stay on the island in my opinion, but you won't want to go back out after you get to the house day 1. Enjoy :)

LOVED Breezy Palms!

We loved our stay at Breezy Palms! The villa was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our family with kids ranging from 15 years old to 1. The view of the Chalk Sound was amazing and we never got tired of just staring at it...we also enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the Sound. John was great to work with during the planning of our trip, and we really appreciated his flexibility as we had to reschedule our trip just 10 days before our original planned stay. Julian and the team in TCI were also great to deal with, very responsive and super friendly. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Fabulous

Breezy Palms is a fabulous property. It is exceptionally clean and quite honestly it seems to be a home that is a resort! The pool is great and the access to the sound is perfect. There are 2 kayaks and we made great use of them in the sound. The sound is great because it is a National reserve so there are no motors allowed on boats in it. The location is perfect out of the hustle and bustle of the island. There are 3 bedrooms and the apartment so there is plenty of room for 4 couples and there are couches that make into beds so there is also room for children. I would be remiss if I did not mention the management company. Island Escapes TCI were great. Our contacts were Jona and Julian. Julian checked us in and he made very fast and convenient and was very friendly and efficient. I anticipate may family and I will be returning to this outstanding property.

Hi, my name is John and I am the owner of the Breezy Palms Villa. When I first saw this property I fell in love with it. Since purchasing the property in October 2014 Island Escapes has been busy improving what was already a great property. The signature element of this property is the infinity edge pool. I love the excitement of Providenciales, but I appreciate privacy as well. Breezy Palms is located in a residential area, this means very little tourist traffic and a more 'real' experience of Provo. With a rental car you can experience the world famous Grace Bay beaches within a 10-15 minute drive, or the tranquil Sapodilla and Taylor Bay beaches which are 5 minutes away but you always have a private oasis to come back to. Chalk Sound is unique in Provo as it is a National Sanctuary. You have the opportunity to look from your villa and see NOTHING but nature. Uninhabited cays dot the water, with the infinity pool and looking out at the sound, you really feel like you are in heaven. I love this villa, perfect for parties, perfect for quiet relaxation, close to everything but privacy is assured. With a rental car you can experience the entire island including the world's third largest reef, scuba, snorkeling it is all at your fingertips, and then... back home to peace and tranquility.

The infinity pool is a favorite place for me to relax. Also the Jacuzzi tub located in the master bathroom is great to unwind in, I simply like sitting on my terrace watching the palms sway with a good book. If you want to experience the fabulous views, there is nowhere else to be. But for others...The games room will keep everyone happy, and with local phone and internet access, there are no worries about communication. There is air conditioning throughout the villa, but also if you want to enjoy the current temperature just has the ceiling fans running throughout.
