The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bar is designed so you can enjoy a few beers or use it for breakfast or a snack (please sit on the stools carefully and don’t rock back and forth). The living room has a small, comfortable two-seater sofa with a super-comfy ottoman, facing the larger TV. In addition, there’s an extra space with a table and chairs that’s very useful not only for meals but also as a desk, since it’s equipped with plenty of outlets and an USB port. The internet connection is excellent, and there’s also cable TV. There’s a second TV that also faces the kitchen area. The room divider leading to the bedroom offers storage space, and there are also drawers under the bed for storing clothes or shoes. The bedroom features a double bed with a Suavestar anti-stress foam mattress and Suavestar wellness fiber pillows, along with a TV in front of it. In addition, you’ll find two luggage racks. There’s a split-type heat-and-cool air conditioner suitable for regulating the temperature according to the season.<br>You’ll also have a front-facing balcony with a safety net, perfect for enjoying an outdoor snack if you wish, complete with a small table and two modern-style chairs.<br>The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, hair dryer, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a first-aid kit.<br>Guest Access<br>Inside the building on the 10th floor is the laundry room with a washer and dryer, which is shared by all residents. You may use it whenever you like, provided it is not in use, by inserting a token into the washer or dryer to start the cycle. For your peace of mind, the room is equipped with a security camera. The instruction manual you’ll find upon entering the apartment includes details on where to purchase tokens. You’ll receive 2 complimentary tokens for stays of 3 nights or more—one for the washer and one for the dryer.<br>Other things to keep in mind<br>Remember to exchange currency upon arrival if you’ll need it, as we do not offer that service.
