Great Location

The Springs locations is great! It's less than a five minute walk to River Run Gondola, which made it super easy to drop the kids off at ski school.

Ski vacation

Stay was fine, great location to ski/gondola. Check in, codes to room and ski lockers, garage, were very unclear. Eventually figured it all out but not ideal upon arrival (especially when you just want to settle in after a long trip).

The Springs is a great venue for a family vacation. We enjoyed the Mountain View pre ski and the pool and hot tubs apres ski. The unit we rented was spacious, clean and well appointed and Jeff’s efforts to get us in as early in the day as possible was much appreciated. We would definitely like to repeat such a booking in the future.

Cozy, spacious home away from home!

From check-in, to access to the gondola, to the excellent communication-our trip was great! The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for family fun and games! Amenities on the property were great. The condo had all the utensils and blankets etc that you would need for a home away from home. The balcony has a beautiful view, too. Loved having 3 bathrooms as well with a larger group. Overall, very cozy spot and would definitely recommend!

Love this place! We've stayed here several times and love the location. Upgrades to bathrooms are nice. I'd consider new mattress' in the second br. Unfortunately, construction noise was pretty bad and it blocked the bridge to the village. I'm sad the new construction will block the view of the mtn. But we'll def stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was being updated while we were there which we didn’t know when we booked. So no sleeping in that’s for sure. but the improvements will be nice when done. Our unit itself really needed cleaned better and the refrigerator should be replaced. It has tape on the door shelves to hold items in the door. None of the windows had screens. It was nicely appointed otherwise and for the price the location and amenities were fine. Our unit looked down on the pool area which was very nice and underrated in my opinion. The pictures I saw of pool didn’t do it justice. it was not big but very nice part of resort.

Quick get away

We decided last minute to sneak up to the mountains for a quick getaway. The condo was nice. It was a little hot because the unit does not have AC (similar to most mountain condos). They did have fans to help cool it off. Overall the unit was nice and the pool was great for the kids. Property manager was helpful.

Great condo!

We stayed for a little under a week in late-March of 2025. The location was great, just a few minutes walk between the ski lockers and the River Run Gondola. We loved it and would stay again! Nevertheless, keep these couple of things in mind: 1) As of Spring of 2025, they are building multiple new condo buildings within a short distance of this unit. The construction noise was minimal and they only started working at around 8a, so it didn't bother us because we were waking at that time anyway.2) The showers in each bedroom are beautiful but everyone in the bedroom can see the person showering, so everyone in the bedroom has to leave the room to give the person showering privacy. That's fine for spouses, but if friends or siblings are sleeping in the same bedroom, it's a little awkward. (There is a third shower that is private in the guest bathroom off the living room.)

Condo was great, building maintenance could use some improvement

The location was great, facilities were fun, but the windows had no screens so we were limited in being able to open the windows with children, and I specifically called about the pool being in working order before booking and was assured it was. Unfortunately the hot-tubs stopped working during the weekend, and the pool was much colder than expected. Overall we still had a great time, but the windows are a major safety concern when you’re staying in the upper levels.

Amazing place, Amazing Location, Amazing MGmt Staff.

What a great experience!!! This particular unit had every little thing that most often forget to bring. Aside from being spacious, clean and excellently located, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was plenty of cookware, plenty of utensils, and tons of kitchen extras. Not to mention that this location perfectly overlooks the mountain, the gondola, and the condos’ swimming pools. The Gym was a bit lacking but all else was perfect. Extremely grateful for the care the mgmt company and owner took to make this unit accommodating and very comfortable. While some have noted problems with the elevators, in the 7 days we were there, we never experienced an issue. Lastly, check-in and check-out was super simple. Thanks for a great time.

Great Space & Location

Great space and location! Plenty of room for all of us and the 3 full bathrooms is a life saver. Location was perfect, we had access to 2 large hot tubs, the pool and the sauna - all great amenities to have after a day on the mountain. Yes there is construction, but still an easy easy walk to the gondola..just hug the construction fence line down by the garage and there’s a walking path to the gondola!! VERY convenient. Check-in was super smooth and self explanatory, and It was great having a parking spot in the garage! Only reason I marked 4 instead of 5 stars: coffee maker didn’t work, the bunk/trundle beds were uncomfortable (could feel the springs in them) and all the pillows were pretty flat. However, I’d stay here again and just bring my own pillows. Very responsive and smooth process. Thanks for a great stay and fun friend/family memories!

Great Condo! But construction😢

My family as always stayed at The Springs when we travel to Keystone for our ski trip. This condo is probably the nicest and most spacious one we have stayed. However, BEWARE OF THE CONSTRUCTION. The main reason we stay at The Springs is because of short walk and the location to the gondola. It has always been easy for some people to ski and some to rest. When renting this property there was never a notice of any construction nor was there a discount. The walk to the gondola was double because we had to walk all the way around. They had the bridge blocked to River Run. There was also construction noise early in the morning. This construction should be advertised when renting, because this would have been a factor with young kids and ski gear.

Property manager was great, but this unit is a dump. Windows don’t open because they are broken, no screens in windows which was notated by another visitor a year ago. Dishwasher fell out of wall when trying to load it. Porch was littered with junk that you could not sit comfortably. There is major construction going on with two new multi family condo buildings so the noise is constant. There is at least 18 more months of construction. The shelf in the living area is falling out of the wall. This unit has not been cared for. Building is tired but not a bad location. It is at the far west side of town so you are not that close to the center of keystone.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Springs in the summer and really enjoy the pool and hot tub. The layout of this unit really does a great job of maximizing space. The furnishings were also nice. It was a bit of a muddy trek to get to the lift with the construction of the new complex slope side. The rental company was very nice and accommodating, but when we went to check out with our pre-approved late check out time, we ended up getting locked out of the condo as the code had expired. It took 45 minutes for anyone to contact us back and allow us access back into the condo. The emergency number with the rental group does not respond quickly! My inhaler and epidural-pen were in the condo that we got locked out of, as we had just gone down to the garage to get a carrier for our luggage. I was fine but had I needed that quickly, we would have been in trouble. RMRM needs to have a true emergency response, as this was not one. Again, the condo was great, and all were nice, but just need to change the response protocol.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view and pool but the cleaning crew must have skipped over the entire place. Sandwich crumbs on the table and counter, spilled sauce and hair in the dirty refrigerator. We checked in late on the holiday weekend and the number for support went directly to voicemail. Pretty gross experience.

Great stay!!

We loved the property and condo. We have 2 families. One of 5 with a 10, 6, and 3 year old which were all able to stay in the bunk room and one of 3 with a 6 month old who stayed in the other room. We loved that we had a 3rd full bathroom and the living space was very spacious. Looking over the pool was a plus! Being able to walk to shops and restaurants was very convenient. We would stay here again if we return to Keystone.

Family ski weekend

Great property and location. We have stayed at the springs many times before. Kitchen and this unit was well stocked with condiments and spices which was a plus! The property was dusty and there was no dishwasher soap or spray to wipe kitchen counters down during our stay. I messaged the property manager who got back to me right away, but housekeeping never came to rectify the situation. I wonder if Covid has contributed to low staffing
