Highly recommend. The condo was very well taken care of. The location was perfect, so we could walk to the gondola and downtown. The pool area was loved by our youngest child. The lobby and amenities were very nice as well.

Mother Daughter Trip

The place is a nice little spot to unwind. Unfortunately when we went the property was under renovation. So the unit was very dusty, drywall dust over everything. We rolled with it an still enjoyed our time.

Great condo, near the village/gondola

Beautiful condo, well maintained, great location. Easy 5 minute level walk to the mail village/gondola. Good amenities in the building. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. We would certainly stay again.

Great condo and location

The location was great, close to bike trials and many towns to go explore. The condo was as advertised, very clean and the pool area was really nice. Would definitely rent here again.

Close to Gondola

Even though there is construction going on near the property, it is not a disturbance. 3 bathrooms were very nice.

Great condo near gondola

Really enjoyed our stay in condo so convenient to gondola and river run village. Everything was great! Stay cut short by impending blizzard but will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect Location! Great unit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this River Run unit. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us and all of our ski gear. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed! Short walk to River Run and the gondola! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic condo at The Springs

We have stayed 5 times at the Springs and this was the best rental we have had. Great space and everything as advertised. Oliver was extremely responsive. We will be back.

Great condo and location!

Awesome condo! The unit is a well maintained with 3 full bathrooms.Springs is one of the few buildings in Keystone with a pool and two hot tubs. One hot tub was under repair (Dec 15, 2024). Walking distance to the Gondola but a few added steps this year with a new building going up next door.

Great location for a ski trip

Very clean condo and a great location to the gondola. We loved having three full baths that are recently renovated! Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We had no issues and would highly recommend this property. The construction near by didn’t interfere with our stay.

Very clean and nice area

Very nice property! The bathrooms were newly renovated and very nice. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was there is no AC in the unit, they did have fans which helped but all of us woke up hot and had to open all the windows. Owner was very responsive when we had a minor issue and fixed it with in the hour. Would stay here again!

Property was very clean, quiet also. Nice view off the balcony. Parking was very good. Easy walk to River Run Gondola and the River Run Village area where you can get coffee and souvenirs and light groceries. Wish there were more hooks in the condo itself to hang things up. Nice pool and hot tubs, and the steam room is a bonus.

Great Location

Perfect 2/3 condo for the 4 of us. Construction noise is not owner's fault and honestly the snow shovel trucks were louder at 6 am! Still super close to Gondola so we were happy!

Great Ski Weekend.

The condo was perfect for our group of 4 for a mother daughter ski weekend. The process was very easy and the condo appointed nicely. The construction nearby is a bit of a bummer but did not impact us too much. Just a little longer route to the Village. Would highly recommend.

I had to call the night before to get check in info; I never received an email 24 hrs prior. It had to be text to me. The place is aged. The bunk beds were not safe for my niece to sleep on top. There were no screens on the windows to open and let the cool air in. Out of the 5 fans provided 2 worked. One sink in the master bathroom doesn’t drain. The coffee pot didn’t work. The bed in the master was so soft my husband and I would roll to the middle. Pros- it was clean and convenient to activities.
