About this home:
Family friendly cape right across the street from Lawrence pond beach and tennis courts. Open floor plan works well for larger groups. Comfortable living areas with room to spread out. Private lot yet close to shopping, beaches and the highway.
First floor has living room, eat in kitchen, large family room, formal dining room, full bathroom and laundry. Lower level has one bedroom accessible from a staircase off the kitchen and a 'Man Cave' which is accessed from an outside door next to the garage door.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Please note that the large master bedroom is accessed through this common bathroom.
This house also has an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach.
Pass for access to the association pond and tennis courts can be purchased upon arrival for $25/week.
Small dog allowed with prior approval.
