Enjoying the view from the balcony was a great way to start and end the day. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We rented an umbrella and chairs on-site right outside the private gate.

Great room overall, minor areas that didn't get cleaned properly before we came in, I cleaned myself once there. Also didn't get the correct door code in the email and had to call for a new one which luckily was able to be given without having to call maintenance in. Nothing major. Overall loved the stay, very family friendly and small building so not a lot of traffic which is great with lots of little ones!

The view and beach location for this unit were GREAT! The kitchen and bath upgrades are very nice, but the rest of this unit is shameful! The AC broke the first night. The maintenance man arrived within 10 mins and gave it a temporary fix. He thought it needed more Freon but said that would have to wait until the next day. Unfortunately, they must not have added Freon the next day because the second night it broke again. The rugs and stuffed furniture are just plain nasty and worn out (cleaning won't help).There is a shag rug in the den that looks like it was original 1960s and has suffered from daily use. The replacement fridge looks like it was thrown down a few flights of stairs and was sitting in the living area, while the broken fridge remained in its spot in the kitchen. The mattress was the worst I have ever slept on-it immediately threw both people into the middle of the bed in a hole about a foot deep. (BTW, we are not "big" people). The ceiling was covered with what appeared to be black mold. I would definitely not stay here again unless the owners make some changes.

We sincerely apologize for the repeated A/C problems. While we’re glad our maintenance technician was able to respond quickly the first night, we understand how frustrating it was to experience another issue the following evening. We also appreciate you bringing the condition of the rugs and upholstered furniture, the temporary refrigerator placement, uncomfortable mattress, and the discoloration you observed on the ceiling to our attention. These concerns are important, particularly those involving the A/C and ceiling, and we will make sure they are reviewed by our maintenance team and communicated to the property owner. We understand that some items may require replacement or updating rather than routine cleaning or maintenance. We’re sorry these issues took away from your stay and appreciate your feedback so the necessary improvements can be evaluated and addressed. – Amanda with Prickett Properties

This is a great one bedroom condo right on the beach and great views of the water.Enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio.Access to the beach is easy and not far.It’s perfect for 2-4 people and in a great location in Gulf Shores.The condo was well equipped with everything needed to make meals. The TV has access to plenty of channels to watch.There were some things that I feel didn’t make it a 5-star experience:- Cleanliness. A big thing for me was the cigarette burned holes in the mattress cover sheet. I cannot believe these sheets were even used again and not just thrown away. (I have a photo that I would be happy to share). There was still sand and cup marks on the coffee table.- Ice maker not working. We had to go down to the market to get ice for our drinks/food for the beach.- No hairdryer. I get the reasoning behind it after asking where it was but this was booked while we were on the road and didn’t pack one. No mention of not having one until after booking it.Obviously, no place is going to always be perfect, but this was a quick getaway for the weekend and it served its purpose and hopefully management can take care of those items for future guests.The location, views, and simplicity of this condo is great and we would definitely return if those items were taken care of.

Stayed here for baseball tournament. It had everything we needed and loved the private pool and access to the beach.

Great location & view! just steps away and you are on the beach. Don't like the beach, the pool is nice also. It was the perfect size for two of us, not sure I would want to stay there with more adults, but a couple of kiddos would be fine.

Great location on the beach front with gated pool and private access.

We enjoyed the small yet efficient condo. It was equipped well enough to prepare meals and enjoy coffee in the mornings. The amenities all seemed to work and checking in/out was an easy process. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay

The property had everything we needed and more. The view was great and there was a nice walkway to the beach. The bed was a little hard for me, but was fine for my husband. I would recommend.

Great view and location!!

We loved our stay here! We were here for baseball World Series for our 10 yo and we loved the location which was close to the fields and the Fact that you have a washer and dryer in the unit is top tier. Everything was great we had absolutely no issues and the condo is located in a great area surrounded by many restaurants, shopping and right off the beach! My family and I had an amazing time. Some of our other family who stayed elsewhere even came to the beach to hangout they loved it too! Anytime I had a question it was answered immediately definitely recommend to anyone visiting Gulf Shores.

Gulf vacation

The condo was very clean, the view of the ocean was fantastic! It was close enough to get to the main shopping /food area. We were there for baseball, so It was wonderful to have an in unit laundry area. There was plenty of parking. Everything was in working order. We did not use the pool. So I can't comment on that. But it was full of kids daily. Walks on the beach each morning were very nice and easy to get to.

It's a great location and the condo is good especially for the price. It does need some updating. The mattress is on the soft side and my husband complained he felt like he was rolling to the middle. The front right burner on the stove doesn't work. My biggest suggestion is to fix the dishwasher so when you open the door it doesn't tip out. Its not attached to the countertop. Cabinets are showing some age. All said it functioned well and was a good place and clean. Having a washer and dryer is nice. As others mention the supplies are small quantity so be sure to bring you own.

The location and beach access is great. The condo is slightly out dated. We had to buy cleaner for the floors because they were not cleaned and dirty. The dishwasher had a tag on it to not use which was an inconvenience. The toaster didn’t work and no baking sheets. All the things you need to make something quick after a day at the beach.
