The space

HOME IS A DUPLEX operating as two separate rental homes, both hosted by me. Very private, separate entrances, no shared spaces.

Other things to note
Pet fee does apply when bringing pets (charge added into the booking total price before you finish booking & covers up to two pets). Please be sure to include them in your reservation during booking!

Please ensure the correct number of guests staying in the home is reflected on the reservation. Extra guest fee applies to any extra people NOT listed on the reservation.

Had a great weekend stay here. My friends and I were very comfortable. The property was clean and just as advertised. It’s in a great location within a short walk to Overton Square. I would definitely stay here again.

Host stayed in touch. The place was great and more than meet our needs. Ample sleeping space and perfect back yard setting. Only 1 bathroom, I overlooked that, but the place was still AWESOME.

Great stay, great hosts

Property was as advertised. Clean, well stocked with many amenities not found in other listings. Host communication before and during stay was timely, and a big help to our group. Definitely recommend and on the list to stay again.

100% Recommendation

Starting off, it was a last-minute booking because our other stay had to be canceled. Morgan was great with the booking process, check-in process, and overall communication. The property looked exactly like it looked on the listing. There was an issue with the key but that was resolved prior to my arrival and Morgan let me know way ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this to other family and friends.

Home to award-winning Memphis Zoo, historic Overton Park and buzzy nightlife and entertainment districts including the Cooper-Young Historic District, Broad Avenue Arts District, Crosstown Concourse and Overton Square Entertainment District, Midtown is a collection of local restaurants, live music venues, shops for anything from records to made-in-Memphis fashion, theaters for movies, plays and musicals, and art gallery and exhibition spaces — all of which inspire some of the city's signature events and festivals

Our walk score is an 89! Meaning most errands can be accomplished on foot. 

We are about 10 minutes from Downtown Memphis/Beale Street, 15 minutes from Memphis International Airport, and walking distance from Overton Square.
