HOME IS A DUPLEX operating as two separate rental homes, both hosted by me. Very private, separate entrances, no shared spaces.
Other things to note
Pet fee does apply when bringing pets (charge added into the booking total price before you finish booking & covers up to two pets). Please be sure to include them in your reservation during booking!
Please ensure the correct number of guests staying in the home is reflected on the reservation. Extra guest fee applies to any extra people NOT listed on the reservation.
Early check-in & Late check-out offered for a fee pending availability. Please inquire for more details!
