The building is a few steps away from the 5 star renowned Lutetia hotel, one of the most luxurious and celebrated hotels in Paris.

Welcome to a stylish fully renovated 40 square meters apartment with a spacious living room, open kitchen, bedroom and modern bathroom.

The apartment is both luxurious and atmospheric creating a cozy and relaxing atmostphere for an unforgettable stay.

Full amenities and a 55" smart television will provide everything you need to make you feel at home during your stay.

Located at the second floor by stairs at a very parisian style building, living room facing the famous and quiet « rue du Cherche Midi » and bedroom facing building courtyard will give you all you need for a relaxing sleep after exploring the beautiful City of Love 💕and City of Light ✨

The apartment is ideal for a couple but accommodates up to 4 people with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom is “on suite” of the bedroom.

The street has several restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket just across the street. The appartment is situated at 230m (3 min walking) from metro line 12 (station Sèvres Babylone) and 270m (4 min walking) from metro line 4 (station Saint Sulpice).

For a true Parisian experience, we recommend booking this apartment. It is a beautiful flat on a great street in the 6th arrondissement that includes a chocolate store next door, the famous Poilane bakery, and several boutiques and a cafe. The flat is located near several metro stations so we could easily explore all of the areas of Paris. There is an open air market just steps away so we were able to cook with local and fresh products in the well-appointed kitchen. During our nine-day stay, we felt very comfortable, safe and part of the community.The host was very responsive with our questions on how to operate the washer/dryer. His colleague, Josh, met us when we checked in to help us with our bags and give us an overview of the apartment. The two flights of stairs leading up to the flat are narrow so people with mobility issues may have a problem navigating them. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this apartment!

We had such a fantastic stay at the Saint-Germain-des-Prés Apartment! The location was just perfect, it was a quick stroll to so many shops and cafes including Le Bon Marche and La Grande Épicerie de Paris. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and filled with great amenities! We loved the helpful notebook that provided all the info we needed, from how to use the washer/dryer to local restaurant recommendations. Ricardo was an amazing host. He was super friendly and quick to respond to all our questions. Overall, we absolutely recommend the Saint-Germain-des-Prés Apartment! Thank you so much, Ricardo!

Wonderful Place

Our family stayed for 3 days in Paris. Everything was just as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the place was spotless and we very much appreciated all the little touches and accommodations. We would highly recommend!
