The location of the house is excellent, within walking distance of many museums. The owner responded to messages very quickly. Aside from the inconvenience of check-in/check-out and the slight noise from the street, my family and I were very satisfied. Hopefully, we can come again when the weather is not hot.

Overall the apartment was good. The location was incredible, easy walking to many monuments and easy to come back in between for rest. The apartment is a little “tired” looking compared to the photos (could use a deep clean) but it was a good space for a family of 4. It is small but we were out a lot to sight see. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes etc. As it has no a/c a second fan should be automatic since there are two sleeping areas, we asked for one but never received an update. The WiFi never worked, we did have communication with the host and they tried to help. We ended up just using our data.

The apartment is in an ideal location for walking to many different areas of the city and also close to several very nice brasseries and grocery stores so that one can enjoy some meals in the apartment. For us, this was principally breakfast.

Great property in a great part of town.Sofa bed only really suitable for kids.Paris was extremely hot when we there- only one fan provided (no a/c) in apartment. Having a second fan (one off bedroom and one for main room) would have been much better. The apartment was unbearably hot when we were there so we hardly slept. Otherwise a great place and would stay here again in cooler temps.

Wonderful location near Saint Germaine, lovely neighborhood shops and restaurants, walking distance to Musee Rodin, Musee d’Orsay, the Louvre, the Latin quarter, and more if your ambitious.Unfortunately, there was no toilet paper when we checked in so I had to run to the monoprix to pick that up, but I was reimbursed by management. The apartment is generally close to the description, but could use a deep clean. There was some hair buildup in the drain in the bathroom that my mother bravely removed to help the draining. The building was pretty quiet but it was also August so folks may have still been on holiday.I am still waiting for the return of my deposit almost 2 weeks later, but we did not have to start laundry, only take out the trash and clean our dishes. One note- 3rd floor is actually 4th floor to an American as the ground level is counted as 0. So if you’re expecting 2 flights of stairs, it is actually 3. We just took our time.

Comfortable bed. Nice location to branch out each day or enjoy the local streets. Plenty of restaurants, stores and cafes in the area. The fan in the bedroom was very nice. It would be hard to sleep or relax in the flat with high temps outside. Streets are noisy with night life and some traffic. Restaurant directly below flat with large outside seating. Furniture in flat is adequate for a short stay. Kitchen is nice and able to support meal prep and food storage. I would stay again for familiarity during the right time of year. Flat could use a deep cleaning and nice touches such as lights where all the wires are hanging loosely.

The prettiest flat, very well furnished, clean, nice big windows. Good neighbourhood, lots of locals, centrally located. Within walkable distance to Eiffel tower (around 2km). We would book again for sure!

Pros:--The location is just about perfect. It's really close to Musée d'Orsay and métro stops, but it's a very local neighborhood. --The apartment itself appears to have been recently renovated, and everything is in great shape and works well. It's also clean and safe.--There are three cafés, two boulangeries, a pharmacy and a coffee shop within one minute's walk of the entrance to the building. Be sure to frequent those, and wander the neighborhood a bit. It's awesome.--The management was really great on communication before and during our trip. They were quick and helpful with anything we needed.Cons: --The building is old, and like the listing says, there is no elevator. Carrying luggage up is a chore, and kids might not love the up and down.--The pipes are old, and there's a water pump in the walls that runs every time any water is used in the bathroom. --The bathroom needs a light over the sink. There are wire harnesses ready to go, but nothing is installed. Overall, my wife and I would definitely look at this place again for our next trip!

The property is located in a nice, safe neighborhood, and its high guest rating were the reasons we chose it. The price was in line with other properties in the area, so we expected a well-maintained stay.Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several minor yet avoidable issues that, taken together, made the experience less comfortable than we expected:The hand soap dispenser was almost empty, and there was no refill provided, so we had to purchase our own. There was essentially no body wash. The only toiletries provided were 3 small packets of body wash powder, which appeared old (the packaging was dated 2025) and likely would not have been enough even for 1 person's single shower. We ended up buying our own body as well. The Wi-Fi was not working when we arrived. The support staff was responsive and helpful, and the issue was eventually resolved. However, after checking previous reviews, I noticed that another guest had recently reported the same problem. It was disappointing to see that this issue had not been permanently addressed and was allowed to recur. The apartment does not have a/c, which we understand is common in Paris. However, we stayed during an early July heat wave, and only 1 fan was provided for the entire apartment. As one of us was sleeping in the living room, this made sleeping quite uncomfortable.I'd expected better attention to these basic details. With a little more care in these areas, the overall experience would've been significantly better.
