Conveniently located near the University of Mississippi Medical Center and offering easy access to the interstate, surrounded by numerous things to do and excellent dining options.
No Parties, No Events. Guest will take trash cans to the curb on trash days, which are Mondays, and bring the empty cans back in under the carport after pick up.

PETS. The Host does not allow pets unless approved in advance and a pet fee is paid by Guest: Only one small dog under 20lbs and must be house broken. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, without approval and or paying an additional pet fee, of $110.00 for one pet, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited. If more than one pet are brought to the property, then an additional fee of $75.00 per pet observed will be chared to the guest to cover additional cleaning charges.

DISHES at Check-Out.
Dishwasher must be run and emptied of all Clean DISHES before Check-Out. Dishwasher must be run and emptied of all Clean Dishes put away or incur an additional $75.00 charge. A charge of $100.00 if any dishes are put away dirty as it can damage incoming guest reviews.

For bookings over 30 days the line item that says taxes ,shall mean cleaning fees to cover monthly mandatory cleanings.
