Oceanfront Building With Great Ocean and Bay Views

Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)! Braemar Towers 1703 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 7th floor of the south tower. There are 2 queen beds in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV’s, 1 DVD player, and free WIFI. Limit of 6 people. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. There is parking for 1 vehicle. There is a $75 Common Area Usage Fee for reservations up to a week. If reservation is multiple weeks there is a $75 per week fee due at arrival (Credit cards accepted, no cash). This property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental. (Psssst… you’re also right across the street from The Crab Bag, voted Ocean City’s best crabs year after year!) CONTROL #0078492.

Affordable last week of summer get a way

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Braemar is conveniently located to all OC has to offer including restaurants, back street biking and beach front. The owners beach closet was well stocked helping us avoid packing beach chairs. This unit was clean however a bit dated. We did go to the office explaining that the dryer lint collector was broken. It never did get replaced during our stay so we were unable to use the dryer. It was a simple part I could have ordered via Amazon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. Enjoyed view from the balcony! Our only issue was the televisions!! It said the condo had satellite TV but only has Roku. We could not watch our favorite shows and sports. Everyday we had to put in a code to watch News. We watched a football game on our iPad. Thank goodness for the Olympics. Also had 2 different codes for the internet. This should have updated and renters told about it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean missed some utensils but the only problem we had was with the televisions we could not get them to keep certain Channels it was frustrating not to be able to watch any of our favorite shows. Asked the desk for help and they could not assist us.
