Constellation House is located in a great mid town location. This one bedroom, one and a half bath condo is direct oceanfront with a large balcony. Enjoy morning sunrises while drinking your morning cup of coffee. Unit 406 is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 color TV's and free WIFI. The bedroom has 2 double beds and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. Sorry, No Pets. Parking for one car. Sleeps 6. LINENS TO BRING: 2 set of double sheets, 1 set of queen sheets. The air conditioning in the living room was not totally cooling properly but it was not overly hot out. The floors could have been a little cleaner. The shower curtain was beyond disgusting that we ended up replacing it. We spent the first check in day cleaning.The condo could also use some updating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great unit. I love that it had a washer and dryer so no laundry when getting back home. The view was beautiful and it was also a plus there was an elevator in the building for carrying up our luggage. The air conditioners were also very cooling and it had all the amenities anyone would need. The staff at check in were also very nice and helpful. I am hoping to stay here next year!! This may be our new place to stay year after year!!
