You are correct that our condos do not have air conditioning, which is common in the Estes Park mountain climate. During warmer summer days, the loft areas can occasionally become warmer than the main living space. We do provide ceiling fans and portable fans, and the cool mountain evenings typically allow guests to comfortably cool the unit by opening the windows. Thank you again for your feedback.
