We stayed here to attend an event at the Holiday Inn conference center, and it could not have been more convenient to that venue. It was still quite easy to hop downtown or anywhere else in Estes Park. Use text rather than email to contact the host if you need anything. It's very close to the nearest shops, but we could have used a tiny bit more coffee to get through all the days of the stay, however it's literally adjacent to a Ziggi's so it's hardly a coffee desert. There wasn't really any issue with noise coming through from the road, however; I heard a car a couple of times, but that's no different than anywhere else. No audible sound of the nearby Ziggi's at all. The beds and pillows were comfy, plenty of blankets, and a nice shower. It was nice they had face wash and toothbrushes/toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, etc. although I managed to forget body wash and of course that was the one thing absent (my fault for forgetting it in the first place). The living room furniture arrangement is a little odd and not great lighting for doing much in the evening but I doubt most people would notice that.

Dtwn Estes Park: Mtn-View Haven!

Place is nice and updated. Only complaint is no AC. Due to location didn’t feel comfortable leaving windows open but it wouldn’t have made a difference.

We were there to watch our granddaughter compete in a horse jumping competition at the fair grounds so the location was great for that. There really isn't much of a view and it's a busy area. The sugar canister with the coffee station was filled with salt. yuk!! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It could use some lamps in the living area. The light over the kitchen sink didn't work. Over all it's a nice place but we prefer something with a mountain view.
