Embark on the ski trip of your dreams when you book a stay at The Village of Loon Mountain! Loon Mountain's slopes are right across the street, making for effortless shredding sessions. You can continue to enjoy the snowy weather and mountain ambiance from the resort's shared pools, hot tub, game room, and tennis courts. Other attractions like Alpine Adventures, Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge & Boulder Caves, and Sugar Shack Golf Range are all within 14 miles.

Composed of high ceilings, elegant furnishings, and hardwood finishes - the interior of your stay is a place of pure comfort. Visit with your favorite people while relaxing on the living room's plush sofas. When you get hungry, show off your cooking skills amidst the kitchen's full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample meal prep space. Dining is made a breeze at both the sizable breakfast bar and the formal dining table. For your complete convenience, a stackable washer/dryer is available off the kitchen.

Equally lovely, the condo's bedrooms are spacious and filled with natural light. Additional beds are available in the loft, for extended family stays. The bathrooms are just as impressive with their respective walk-in showers and a jetted tub.

As the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues begin to fill the night sky, head for the scenic balcony.

Summer fun

The property had everything we needed for the family including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and room to spread out. Would not rent in the summer again as it has no air conditioning. There were several fans but there were a couple of days that the heat was unbearable. We rented a room for one of the nights so we could have air conditioning and keep us all cool which was an extra expense. Would be a good winter rental. Putting in air conditioning would be a great recommendation.

Great view of Loon. Can't use fireplace

We enjoyed our stay here. It is close proximity to Loon and has a beautiful view of the mountain. One thing that wasn't clear was that you are not allowed to use the fireplace. When I called to inquire why, I was told that it isn't listed under the amenities and therefore is not able for use. I felt like they could have been more transparent about this, so please keep this in mind when booking.

Better signs to property

Your signage needs to say building lodge 4- 3rd floor. We had heck of a time trying to find it The address said 72 loon village It was actually 74 Please review your directions and make them super clear You failed to tell us 3rd floor!!!’

Let me start this by saying, pay attention to the other reviews when they say the directions to finding the bldg are awful, they are. Thankfully the staff in the main desk were super helpful and even gave us a little map of the grounds. Also note that you will have to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs, luggage and all, every time you come and go. Once we found the place and got in, the first impression is grand. Big windows and cozy furniture. The views of Loon Mt was wonderful and the beds were comfy. That's about the only positive things I can say. We were here for the NHScot festival and thanks to previous experience, knew we needed parking passed for our cars (FYI Main desk has them) but if it was our first time we would have been dealing with towed cars because there was no communication about passes, just that there's parking space for 2 cars. The apt was 91 deg in mid Sept when we arrived and several windows were stuck closed, so it took forever for it to cool down. The dishwasher was full of the previous guest's dirty dishes and they only leave 1 pkt of det, so we had to get more dishwasher det and deal with someone else's dishes before dealing with our own. Add to that was a beeping smoke detector that needed our attention, a broken towel rack, and so much hair that wasn't ours. Every shower and tub had hair in it. Gross. The listing advertises the place as an elegant condo implying a higher end experience, but the reality was a bit different. I'll end this on a p

Penthouse at Loon Mountain

This house is very beautiful and was very clean. There is a beautiful view of the mountains. We loved having 3 full baths- one and upper level and two on the main level. The resort had numerous pools (indoor and outdoor) and hot tubs that are available for the guests. We came at a very hot time and there is no air conditioning. There were 2 overhead fans and 2 additional fans which is not enough for this property. Bring your own fans as we did. There is no elevator so make sure you can carry whatever you pack to the 4th floor. The kitchen trash was full when we arrived (2 bags) and wasn't addressed when we called Vacasa so we found barrels on the property. The house was fully stocked and absolutely beautiful! The landing from the exterior door to the main door had some soft areas near the wall. It was a very enjoyable vacation. Just some minor things.
