This place is great, we stay here every time we come to New York. The owners are very helpful, very attentive. Check-in and check-out process works great. Location is an easy walk to Times Square and right next to Penn Station. It’s in a good neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. I would stay here over a hotel anytime. We just booked our third visit.

There was great communication from the beginning. The location was central which made getting anywhere easy! Penn Station is super close and Times Square was a quick walk. We love that all 5 of our girls, ages 14-22, had their own room and space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Myself and friends stayed at this property for five nights and it was a perfect location, as well as very comfortable for all of us to have our own rooms (each with our own temperature control!) The hosts went above and beyond when we were checking in and got stuck in traffic, as well as providing us with water and coffee pods and other necessities.
