Modern home near historic downtown and Port Royal town beach. Pet friendly!

Enjoy central A/C, wifi, WD, BBQ in the fenced backyard. Kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee maker, blender and many utensils (crock pot, coffee press and more in pantry). Located just a block from beautiful Southside Park with walking trail, brand new playground, a dog park, tennis, and lots of Pickleball Courts (we've got paddles for you). Cycle the Spanish Moss trail with the 5 bikes in the garage. Use the included Park Pass to visit beautiful Hunting Island state park beach.

Smart TVs in every bedroom, 65" in living room. Beach towels are provided as well as 5 bicycles and some beach chairs, a sun shade, CornHole boards, some games and puzzles for all ages. Our motto is no chores for the guests as we have a professional cleaning team.

5 min walk or bike ride to Spanish Moss Trail.
2 min drive to Saturday Farmers Market
4 min drive to Port Royal cafes
10 min drive to Parris Island
9 min drive to Historic Downtown Beaufort
25 min drive to Hunting Island State Park Beach (pass provided)
6 min drive to Sands Beach (good for walks but not for swimming)

The house was great! Best amenities I’ve ever experienced, from nice toilet tissue to multiple charging stations. Host great with communications!! Super location for Port Royal and visiting the other islands. I would definitely stay here again.

This rental is perfect!! The house is so well stocked and very clean. The beds and pillows are really comfy. The whole house is cozy and makes you feel like you are at home. Noelle was absolutely wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area

Great place for a long weekend. My family and pups were very happy. The fenced in back yard was perfect for letting the pups run without being on a leash! The house was immaculately clean with very comfortable furniture. If you stay on Vacation Rentals a lot you know you will not always have good beds. All of our family thought the beds were very comfortable. Overall 10/10. We will stay here again with no questions. Also location was great. In the middle of everything. Even the drive out to Fripp was only 25 mins. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies within 3-5 mins.

The house was very clean, well furnished, comfortable and nicely equipped (kitchen and toys (bikes, games, pickleball). The house was centrally located allowing easy access to visit Port Royal, Beaufort and Lady’s Island. The large, fenced backyard was great for our dog to play without a leash.The host was very helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Communications were timely, effective, helpful and friendly.We were provided with area maps and a pass to Hunting Island State Park. Very appreciated.We had a great, relaxing, visit and are looking forward to a return trip and stay at this home.

This was our second time staying here and we were every bit as satisfied as before. House was in immaculate condition inside and out, even just a year out from a bad hurricane. Owner is always quick to answer and follow up on communications. We look forward to staying again next year.

This home is wonderful. There are so many small and thoughtful gestures that I have not experienced in home rentals. You feel like home and not a rental. It is well cared for, well appointed, in a quiet neighborhood close to many activities. The host is amazing, communicative and knowledgeable about the area. We will rent again.

Great Location Beautiful Property

The house was very clean. The house looked newly remodeled and was very tastefully decorated.I appreciated the that pets were allowed, snacks, the pass to all SC state parks and the cooling pillows!!!The location was ideal for us. It is close to nice restaurants, downtown Beaufort, and Hunting Island.We would stay again.

Excellent Getaway Place

This house has everything you could possibly need to feel like you are at home. Beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable beds, and a wonderful fenced in back yard for small animals. Communication was excellent with owner. Great midway place between Charleston and Savannah. Would give 10 stars if we could! Highly recommend.

Lovely home

Lovely home, very clean, well stocked, living room furniture was comfy and beds including pillows very comfortable. The home was in a quite area and close to all things Beaufort and surrounding towns. The state park pass was a plus. Lastly, fenced in yard was perfect for our Corgi.

Business trip

I came to town for a business trip. Had to be gone for a few hours. While I was gone the family had family time and enjoyed the games that were available. The house was wonderful! Very clean, and comfortable. The house was well stocked, first time I’ve been to a house that offered and state park pass, snacks and no chores at the end- very generous!

Amazing, can't recommend enough

Super clean, totally caters to guests, super easy check in, beautiful property, convenient to everything in the area. Can't recommend enough, highly encourage anyone looking to stay in the Beaufort area to rent this place. Will be renting again if we come back to the area.

So fresh and so clean!

This beautiful home has been recently updated and decorated to exude southern hospitality. As a frequent traveler and renter (active family of 5, 2 large dogs) I have seen the good and the bad, Jasmine Cottage is the BEST. Here is why 5 stars just isn't enough: liquid soap at each sink (clean your hands peeps!) comfy beds for ALLLLL! generous extras like coffee, snacks, blankets, mud towels fresh, adorable, décor CLEAN everything fenced in yard with great patio space illuminated house number easy to find in the dark fully stocked kitchen accessible garage space should you need it a welcome notebook with thoughtful tips and guides on the local area Noelle is easy to work with and generous with her gracious understanding of traveling families. If this house fits your needs BOOK NOW! We will be back again next year :)

Boot Camp Graduation

Our trip was just a short one to see our grandson graduate from boot camp at Parris Island. The location of Noelle’s home is just a short ride over the bridge to Parris Island. The home was spotless upon arrival. The home and yard are lovely and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Her kitchen is well stocked with good cookware and utensils. I wish we had more time to explore the area. I highly recommend Noelle’s home. It truly is lovely.

I'm from Columbia, SC, and have family in Aiken as well. I currently live part time in California along with my architect husband. We love our time in the small town atmosphere of Beaufort and Port Royal.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Since childhood I've always loved the Spanish Moss that's everywhere in Beaufort. It's a small town atmosphere but lots of events every month at the waterfront. I'm a history buff too and there are so many great stories to learn about the historic figures of the area. I highly recommend a carriage ride in downtown. We love to ride bikes on the Spanish Moss trail and play pickle ball so close to the house. It's so quiet and the neighbors are really nice.

I don't give you a to-do list of chores. We have a great cleaning team. I try to provide everything I would want on a vacation, from extra towels, umbrellas, doggie bags, to pack n play with sheets, welcome snacks, electric fireplace which works with and without heat so you can even have it on in summer. I want you to enjoy your vacation; please let me know what I can do better.
