Located along the Santa Rosa Sound near Navarre Beach, this lovely retreat is within minutes of grocery stores, fantastic restaurants, and fun attractions. Plus, with a community pool, you’ll never run out of things to do!



The open-concept living/dining room will undoubtedly be the hub of this beautiful retreat just steps from the sand! Cozy furnishings and plenty of seating encourage time together, whether preparing delicious meals in the beautifully appointed kitchen or playing board games at the dining room table. Cleanups are a breeze with a full-sized washer and dryer, leaving more time for fun adventures, like hitting the pool and heading to the beach for hours of fun!



Summer by the Sound is within just a few miles of several popular restaurants, including Juana’s Pagodas, Dewey Destin’s, The Slippery Mermaid, Samurai Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, and Johnny Huston’s Grille and Bar.

We didn't want to leave!

This is such a nice property and so close to all the fun things! The neighbors were very nice. The complimentary soaps smell very good! White tea and coconut. We loved staying here and will definitely be back as soon as possible!

Beautiful & clean

This stay was clean, comfortable and quiet. The home was beautiful, very spacious. The location is out of the way.. but still close enough for a short drive to the beach and a stone's throw from stores and places to eat. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay- even saw a bear!

We had an amazing time staying in Navarre! The house is incredibly spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from a fun splash pad and park, 10 minutes to the beach, and Walmart is literally around the corner. The host was excellent and super accommodating. Bonus: we even saw a bear, which was an unforgettable surprise! Beautiful area—we’d definitely stay here again.

Our family really liked the townhouse - short drive to Navarre Beach and restaurants. It felt VERY spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with the basics (not bells and whistles if you plan to do a lot of cooking, but we had what we needed).

Great location, less than 10 min to Navarre beach or 30 min to either Pensacola beach or Destin. House is great, rooms are a good size and the kitchen is nice too cook in. Propain grill on the back pourch is good and the garage access for storing floats and paddleboards was really nice. The negatives.If your traveling with two cars the parking is a little tight. The light switches are illogically located, if you stay here you'll see what I mean.. Overall, it was a great stay and we definitely book here again.

The pool are and pool are really nice. The unit we stayed in was nice though the stairs are a bit steep. Also, was mislead to believe that there was a trail that we could use to get to the water. The trail in on private property and clearly marked as "no beach access". That was very upsetting to find when we got there. This place is also very much off the beaten path and you must drive everywhere.

Tranquil Getaway in a Stunning Home — Even Spotted a Bear!

I can’t say enough good things about this vacation home! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how beautiful and spacious it was — exactly what you want in a relaxing retreat. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet area, it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights was its close proximity to the beach — just a short drive away, which made it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds: forest serenity and ocean breeze. The surroundings were incredibly calm and rejuvenating, perfect for morning coffee and evening strolls. To top it all off, I even saw a bear (from a safe distance!), which was an unforgettable experience and a reminder of just how close to nature this home really is. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind in comfort and beauty. I’ll definitely be back!

The online pictures are old. No ability to walk to beach. Pool was closed the entire stay so i had to pay for my daughter to swim elsewhere. Water damage in showers. Washer and dryer didn't work properly. Didnt find the beach or pool items until the last day and they were stuffed in a closet. Box fan was broken. Master bedroom was missing remote. Second bath tub didn't have a stopper so only one tub could be used. There was no welcome book like other places I've stayed to tell you about the area, where things are located in the house or where local things are to visit and I had to find the router to get the wifi password. Overall, this was not a good place to stay with my 6 year old daughter. I felt like i was staying somewhere meant more for just sleeping and i would have been happier at a hotel.
