Summary:

Indulge in the comfort and style of this airy home where a tiled, floor-to-ceiling fireplace creates a cozy ambiance in the main living area. Glass slider opens to a patio with lake/mountain vistas. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and a large island next to a separate dining area. Retreat to 2 King bedrooms, each with an en-suite, & a guest bedroom with two double beds. Smart TVs, laundry room, and a golf cart wait for you!

CITY RULES:

1 Car per Bedroom or 3, whichever is less.

2 Overnight Guests per Bedroom or 6 whichever is less.

3 Daily Guests/Visitors per Bedroom or 12, whichever is less.

Guests must comply with the City's noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations.

Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.



HOST RULES:

PMI - Coachella Valley charges a nonrefundable Damage Coverage of $69 (per stay/month), which is in lieu of a Security Deposit.

Pet(s) must be pre-approved. Max 2 and max total weight of 80 pounds. Once approved, guests are charged an additional fee of $150.

Photo ID required and charge card required for check in and property access. You may upload during pre-check in or provide upon arrival.

Excellent stay

Family of six: my parents (seniors), my husband and I and our two teenage children. We had a lovely stay!! Would absolutely stay here again. The home is beautiful, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The host was wonderful, so attentive and quick to respond. She gave us a warm welcome when we arrived from our long road trip and had everything ready for us. She had a binder full of local information, as well as all info on the house and the country club. The views at the back of the house over the green and the pond are lovely and include a mountain range with gorgeous sunrises. The grounds were great, with a pool just a couple houses down, and never crowded because there are over 40 pools on the property. Everything was very clean and well arranged. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely. We had a fantastic stay as there is so much to do in the area, plus it was nice to relax at the house and just go to the pool. We all loved it and can’t wait for our next visit and hope it includes this house!
