Come stay in our cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the little pigeon river behind the Apple Barn Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

We are just mins from the main strip in Pigeon Forge where all the fun is , we are just about 5 miles from Dollywood

In our living room our couch pulls out to a full couch bed so our condo will sleep 6 comfortably . The pool is only open from May - September

It was very clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue getting in the door, but the owner was friendly and ready to help. The area around the condo was pretty too and close to Apple Valley. It was definitely worth the stay!

We were very happy with our stay. The condo was amazing and location was perfect. The owners were very prompt to reply with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Great Oasis

This was a great home base for all our fun vacation adventures! The beds are all comfortable including the fold out couch bed! The view from the balcony was so pretty and serene.

Great location

We stayed for a week during a holiday. Property was as listed and showed in pictures. It met our needs for the week. It was very clean and in a great location with a lot of restaurants and activities close by, which was convenient for us. A few down falls were the furniture was uncomfortable, it was hot and not able to adjust past a certain temp and had to buy a fan for 1 room to make it cooler at night, but other than that it was a great place

Chasing the Field of Dreams

The purpose of our stay was to be able to attend our grandson's baseball tournament. The location worked well for our family, as it was located near the team's hotel. The buildings are beautifully landscaped, and it is very peaceful looking at the river. A good location if you are interested in shopping, and activities. It felt secluded, although only a short distance from the parkway. Upon arrival, it was very clean and well organized, with enough towels.

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect size condo for 2 couples. Everything was clean and a beautiful view of the river. Great location less than a mile from the attractions in Pigeon Forge yet extremely quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Great girls get away

I stayed here with my daughter and grandaughter, we all very much enjoyed the ammenities the condo offered and close it was to town yet felt like out in the country when sitting on the balcony enjoying our morning coffee.

Great place

We had such a great time at the condo. Nice level roads to get there. The condo was very cleanans at a great location. It was beautiful and a great view of mountains and river behind the condo. Management was great and very helpful. We will definately stay there again.

Girls’ Trip

Went with my daughters on a weekend trip and we enjoyed the condo. It is clean and well stocked with essentials. I especially loved the view of creek and mountains, and that it was so peaceful and quiet. Perfect place for us and I hope to stay here again.

Sevierville condo

The condo was even more beautiful in person than the photos. The location was very convenient and easy to get to. We were very close to everything, yet it was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again. The only confusion we had was our gps brought us in from another direction and first took us to a gate of another resort. We quickly figured that out. Beautiful.

The property was amazing. Plenty of room. The fireplace never could get it to work. Loved the place. The cleaning staff needs to clean a little better. Hair in shower, floor was soaked where they cleaned with the shower curtain out of tub. The mantle is covered in dust as has a skittle on it but we loved the place and will book again.

Needs some work

The location was perfect, the communication was good. The bathrooms were not clean, there was pee left in the toilet. The toilets need to be updated. It looks as if someone has had a blow out and it's stuck . The shower in the master needs to be updated. It's not easy to use, it's very high off the ground and you have to climb to get in there. The master bedroom not sockets worked upon arrival. They did come the next day to get the lights working. We made it work for the weekend. It's better to just book through Apple View.
