Family Getaway

This was our first time staying in this particular Condo, but we have stayed at this complex many times. This complex is in a perfect location. It is in a very quiet area but is close to everything. The condo was perfect. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and then some. The beds were so comfortable and we loved feeding the ducks from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Sevierville/Pigeon Forge

Great location is close enough to everything, but if you want to go somewhere else Knoxville, Dandridge, Newport, Morristown, it's great to be able to take the back roads and not be stuck in the horrible traffic. NASCAR park 100yrds away had a blast. Shopping etc. All walking distance.

An excellent holiday getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is close to everything in the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg area but far enough to avoid many of the high traffic areas. The unit was beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. Incredible shower in the master bathroom! Family raved about the stay and Doug and Connie were extremely responsive to any questions raised.

Holiday getaway

We stayed during thanksgiving week and picked this location due to location. Easy access to Tanger and other shopping. Traffic was bad but nothing out of the ordinary for the time of year.

Great property! Great location

We stayed for a long weekend. The property was very nice and clean. We loved the location it was close to everything and yet we had a nice spot by the river to relax by. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd highly recommend this property to Pigeon Forge travellers!

Great Place!!

We live fairly close and visit Pigeon Forge 4-5 times a year, and have for over 20 years.. This condo was awesome. It was clean, the layout was perfect, location was perfect.We did not use the pool but it was just a simple pool and was nice.. There was plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and parking, it was just really nice. It had a decent sized washer/dryer that made it easy for us to keep things washed. It was on the ground floor which we loved. The only thing I could say at all, was it could use another frying pan and plastic spatula, and one side of the reclining couch didn't work. But that was no problem for us. The furniture was comfortable, it had nice outdoor furniture, plenty of seating in the dining area. My family kept talking about how they wish we could just buy the place. It was truly the best condo we have stayed in and we have stayed in TONS of them. We definitely will be renting this one again.

Everything described was accurate. Upon arrival Mr. Doug gave us the access code to get in. It was as easy as he described. The place was amazing everything accompanied our family perfectly. Location was amazing. We would definitely rent from Doug again and recommend his place to everyone.

Family Vacation

We stayed the week of June 8-June 15. The Condo was beautiful and very clean, and bigger than we were expecting! We absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful location! Mr Walker was a pleasure to do business with. He answered all of our questions and concerns and responded to my messages within minutes of my sending them every time! Horrible

This vacation was a disappointment . We arrived to a filthy condominium. There were 4 mouse traps and bait stations set upon our arrival . Rat droppings everywhere ! Under the sinks , in the kitchen , in the pots and pans cookware and on the stove ! We had 2 toddlers under the age of 2 and 6 adults on vacation to celebrate the two year olds birthday . Our family booked the unit so that we could all stay together to celebrate ! The owner offered a refund on day of arrival but we couldn’t find any other rentals available for the night . He offered us two side by side units on another floor but the sleeping arrangements wouldn’t have worked with the babies . He didn’t offer to send the maid back to clean the unit up. With the family on their way we decided to deep clean . We spent 4 hours cleaning . We washed every utensil , all the dishes , glasses , appliances , countertops , vacuum floors , mop etc . I asked for him to consider refunding us for one night and he implied that we could all leave . This was after we spent 4 hours cleaning . We will not stay with this owner again. This place was not clean.

Sisters Trip 2023

We stayed at this property in early December 2023. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Location was easy access to all of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Plenty of parking and covered entry way out of the weather. Definitely on our lists of good places to stay.
