This charming condo offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and peaceful mountain surroundings—located just one mile off the Parkway and close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Tucked away from the crowds, yet within easy walking distance to the Little Pigeon River, The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant, The Apple Barn & Cider Mill, and Iron Forge Brewery, you’ll enjoy a quiet escape with top attractions, dining, and shopping right at your fingertips.

This home offers an open, comfortable living space—perfect for relaxing together and accommodating up to six adults with ease. The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat, featuring a private ensuite bath with a soothing jacuzzi tub and direct access to the balcony for quiet mornings or evening unwinding.

The second bedroom provides a welcoming space to kick back and relax, whether you’re enjoying a favorite movie or settling in for a restful night.

The living room is both spacious and cozy—ideal for curling up on the couch with a warm blanket in front of the seasonal fireplace, or opening the balcony doors in spring to enjoy fresh mountain air and the gentle songs of native birds.

Step out onto the balcony, just above ground level, where you can take in calming views of the surrounding mountains and the nearby river, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the peaceful Smoky Mountain atmosphere.

Wonderful owners, we loved the welcome sign as we entered the condo it was so nice. The condo is very nice and homey, the extra little touches lets you know these are owners who appreciate their guests. Will rent again.

We had such an amazing time at River dreams! We will def be back, the condo had everything we needed AND MORE!!! The area was so peaceful and quiet, yet not far from attractions and sightseeing in the smokies. Within walking distance from the condo there are so many fun options to check out such as the AppleBarn & a Brewery with Mountain Views. The hosts were amazing as well and answered all questions almost instantly. Condo is beautifully decorated and also feels very cozy. The hosts also had such a special custom surprise when you arrive that make the start of your stay special and memorable. Thank you for the memories and we will def stay here again, no hesitation!!

Fantastic place

Best place to stay in Pigeon Forge! Wonderful communication with the hosts. Decorated beautifully, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, lots of extras provided! Will definitely stay here again!!

Like staying at a friend's

The condo was like staying at my friends house. It had everything needed to stay for a few nights. Tons of coffee, soaps, shampoo even makeup remover.The sofa and chairs were so comfortable and the gray and black blankets were so soft to the touch.

Great time at River Dreams!

We had a great time staying at River Dreams. We go to Pigeon Forge every year for a family vacation, and this our new favorite place to stay. Everything was so clean and cozy. We loved that we were so close to town, but it didn’t feel like it. We really enjoyed being able to sit on the patio area and be by the river. My mom even saw an eagle one morning while sitting out there. Daniel and Kelly were great with communicating with us prior to our trip and while we were there.

Exceeded Expectations!

This property is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and clean. The location is excellent and easy to find. The hosts did an excellent job communicating and made us feel welcome. They sincerely seemed to appreciate us choosing their property. They also provided an ample supply of everything we might need. We have been traveling to the Smokies for over 40 years and this is one of the most positive experiences we have had.

We had an amazing vacation at River Dreams condo! It was so lovely!We can’t say enough about the hosts, Daniel & Kelly. They were very prompt to respond to us. The extra touch of the welcoming sign as we walked in the room had our names on it & made us feel at home. The condo was very clean , comfortable & close to everything. It was such a peaceful setting waking up to the beautiful river & the wildlife. We did a lot of activities while in TennesseeHowever, the very best & highly recommended is the Pink Jeep Tours Roaring Fork Smoky Mountains Tour.The best time to go is around 4pm so you can see bears. We were able to see breathtaking mountain views, streams, waterfalls, the rainforest, bears & much more! So nice you can relax & don’t have to drive. Great Stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was located in a nice and quiet area. It was centrally located to the Parkway, which has tons of things to do and places to eat. I usually have to do some light cleaning before by rental stays but I didn’t have to do anything this time! It was very clean and organized. The decorating was very welcoming. It was also nicely stocked with toiletries and linens. The owners were very nice and attentive. We didn’t experience any problems. I would definitely recommend this condo. We were very happy with our rental choice! 😊

Vacation

It was a great time. We didn’t have any issues really. We thought the river would be closer to us than what it originally was but it was still ok though. And the game room area just needed some updates. We also thought we would have a grill close by like on the balcony but still wasn’t an issue. We had a great time! The place was very clean and had plenty of extra bedding and stuff if needed. We will definitely stay again and recommend others!

More Than Expected

This condo is everything! The location is incredible. It's easy to get in and out of as far as traffic goes. It's in the first floor and easy to locate. It's quiet and relaxing. The decor is modern and beautiful. I've never stayed anywhere cleaner. It was spotless. My family loved the games and books offered. I loved having coffee in the balcony by the river. The bed were so comfortable and cozy. There aren't words adequate for how amazing this condo is. The hosts are everything to want in a host. We WILL be back!!
