Come and experience our beachside paradise!
This one bedroom apartment provides gorgeous water views, and is conveniently located next to local restaurants and cafes. Enjoy the newly renovated cosy space which has secure off street parking and access straight onto the Kingston Beach esplanade. We are only a 15 minute walk to shopping centre & 20 minute drive to Hobart CBD. From Hobart airport to Kingston Beach is approximately 35 minute drive.

We liked the the roomy studio apartment with separated bathroom. It was very comfortable for our week long stay. Across the street was Kingston Beach and at the end of the Beach is the Alum Cliffs walking track. Everything else was a short walk or drive away. Mary the host was very welcoming.

The place was so cute and welcoming. It was directly across from the beach. There were a lot of added items like coffee, sugar and cream, which i loved. I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again myself in the future.

Perfect Accommodation

Tranquilla was so comfortable, clean, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with all things of quality . It is in a wonderful position for beach walks, coffee shops, restaurants, and a hotel.

Perfect in every respect

My husband and I needed a short break away. The perfect accommodation was perfect for us, and the location at Kingston Beach was brilliant. We l9ved every minute. We got to relax, and also to see the aurora.

Amazing spot right opposite the beach

Fantastic place, immaculately clean and tidy, super comfortable bed and linen, everything we needed, and directly opposite the gorgeous Kingston Beach. Thanks for everything, we will definitely be back :-)

Excellent stay and hosts .Bring your binoculars and watch the boats come in from Sydney to Hobart race . Great locality opposite beach near restaurants and cafes .Room and amenities first class . Would recommend to anyone .
