Welcome to one of a few exclusive members of the Platinum Maui Vacations ohana, (familiy). We call this Kapalua Golf Villa, (unit 17 T-3&4), Hale O Ho'aloha. A Hawaiian phrase which roughly translates to English as 'Home of Friends'.
We call this unit a 1.5 bedroom because of the space that was transformed into an additional sleeping quarters. It's not large enough to qualify as a second bedroom but it does offer alternative beds to the pull-out sleeper. Be sure to look for it in the photo gallery; its a nice feature that sets it apart from most other villas in the complex.
With approximately 1000+ sq ft of interior space, (not including lanai), this unit resides in building 17 on the 'T" (parking level), so it is very convenient to access with no stairs from your dedicated parking spot approximately 30 feet from your entrance door. Although there are no stairs, the villa is technically on the second floor as you exit onto the spacious lanai facing the view as the entire complex is built on a west facing hillside. As you see in the photos, this villa has an expansive living space with a wall of slider doors facing west towards the magnificent Pacific ocean with views of the Hawaiian sunsets, over-looking the beautiful Kapalua Bay golf course.

One of the things that stands out with this villa is the little decorative touches the owners have added to give this unit its own unique feeling of comfort and belonging; you feel like you're staying in your friends home.
There is also another converted space with a desk, computer monitor, (bring your own laptop), and keypad if you need a quiet place to get a little work done that isn't in the living room.
The owners also enjoy entertaining their friends and did elect to include a spacious lanai table with 6 comfortable chairs when they do. When its just the two of them, there is a high top table that is a nice option when taking in the views.
With two full bathrooms, a comfortable king size bed in the primary bedroom, (with a door for privacy), twin bunk beds in the extra sleeping quarters, and a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room, this villa is perfect for two to four people to enjoy year round Kapalua ambiance and memory making moments just above the big blue ocean!
