Condo was awesome...every convenience imaginable. Dream kitchen for cooking, wonderful lanai for relaxing and enjoying the magnificently breathtaking sunsets.

Pleasant stay at a clean and comfortable condo right on the first fairway at Kapalua Bay course.

The condo and lanai were perfect for my wife and me. 2 bathrooms, functional kitchen, comfortable furnishings and a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room was just what we needed. We didn’t even use the AC. Located across from a pool and two BBQ units made relaxing easy.

Great location

The unit was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the golf course and a partial ocean view. The location was great. The beach, trails, a few restaurants, and a convenience store were within walking distance if you don?t want to drive and worry about parking or valet. The condo was well stocked with beach stuff. The only drawback for us was the air conditioning in the bedroom was not cooling very well during our stay. We had to use the ceiling fan and a box fan to keep the room comfortably cool. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Good condo with some caveats

As always, renting in Kapalua golf villas is like being in heaven. Here are the pluses and minuses about this particular property: Pluses: - its larger than any one bedroom we’ve rented in the golf villas (we’ve rented 15 over the years) - L’occitane amenities a nice touch Minuses: - we had bugs in the kitchen for the first time ever in HI - no warm or hot water in the master suite shower - we were requested to keep the AC at/above 74 at all times (so no real AC) - found the mgt company to be not very responsive.

Perfect!.…as always.

This is our 3rd time using KBM Resorts. They are now our 1st choice when looking for accommodations in Hawaii. Their Customer Service/Reservation Teams are quick to respond with any questions before we arrived so we knew exactly what to expect. And while we were on property, they provided everything we needed for our stay in paradise. If something was missing, they promptly delivered a replacement to our unit. Definitely a home away from home for us. I will happily continue to spread the word on KBM Resorts. Mahalo to your entire team!

This condo is great

This condo is great. Rent it. The two showers are beautiful. The kitchen is new with nice cabinets. There's a dishwasher and a new fridge. The furnishings are new and very nice with Japanese influence. There are two overhead fans. The couch is comfortable. There's a washer and dryer. There's two big TVs. The bedroom is big and the front room is big . There's central air and personal parking.
