Great stay & location! I grew up in this area, so I knew what I was getting to a certain degree, but the location exceeded my expectations. It’s located in the heart of Broad Ripple & you have walking distance access to restaurants, bars, ice cream, a gym, grocery stores, plus a walking/biking trail w/ parks.Also, the back deck view is great! It’s not huge, but comfortable for 2-3 people. It’s directly located on the Monon Trail & overlooks Brics Ice Cream that I highly recommend, as well as the back half of the Broad Ripple Village. Lastly, the building has secure underground garage parking & is well lit all throughout the day. There’s floor door access to the building on each garage floor. I highly recommend the space!

The neighborhood is characterized by its tree-lined streets, charming homes, and historic buildings. Broad Ripple's commercial district is centered around Broad Ripple Avenue, lined with a mix of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. From vintage clothing stores to artisanal ice cream shops, there's something for everyone in Broad Ripple.

In addition to its bustling commercial area, Broad Ripple is also home to several parks and recreational areas. The Monon Trail, a popular multi-use trail that stretches over 18 miles, runs through the heart of Broad Ripple and provides residents with a convenient way to walk, bike, or jog through the neighborhood.
