Welcome to my apartment!
Tastefully decorated, this chic 63m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features an oversized window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a nice balcony with chairs to enjoy the view of the city.
This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.
The first bedroom is a space room with a queen bed and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Filli Cafe is a delightful spot for a quick break to enjoy a cup of coffee and indulge in some tasty treats. When hunger strikes, head to Eat and Drink Restaurant, known for its delicious cuisine. With its convenient location, Dubai Creek Harbour is easily accessible from nearby stations.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest Creek Metro Station is just a 12 drive.
DXB Airport is 15 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 29 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 20 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
