This luxurious development by Emaar is situated in the iconic Downtown Dubai, surrounded by some of the city's most iconic landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, and the Dubai Fountain, the world's tallest performing fountain. The Dubai Mall, with many shops and restaurants, is just a 15-minute walking distance.

Opera Grand is also home to the world-famous Dubai Opera, offering residents and visitors a unique and unforgettable experience.

There are plenty of nearby restaurants for you to try, such as Din Tai Fung, Bosporus Turkish Cuisine - Boulevard, Bab Al Mansour and Operation Falafel.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
