Tastefully decorated, this lovely 66m2, brand-new apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features an oversized window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight, which brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a balcony to enjoy the views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a king bed and access to a balcony, making it a great place to relax and breathe fresh air. It comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note that the swimming pool will be closed for renovations until November 15, 2025.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
