Located in the heart of Dubai Hills, this apartment can sleep up to 3 people comfortably.

This property also has a beautiful shared pool and an indoor health club.

Please note that there is construction work next to the building, which is visible from the balcony and may result in some daytime noise.

The living room is a stylish space, which features a comfy sofa, with a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows. A small dining table and four dining chairs. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and a coffee machine.

The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

We deeply apologise for any disturbances and loud noises during your stay, as currently there's an ongoing construction project across the street.

This vibrant new neighborhood has something for everyone, with a variety of attractions including the world-famous Burj Khalifa (22min), Marina Dubai (15min) and Miracle Garden Airplane Flowers (10min) with its beautiful flowers and unique displays. The Dubai Hills Mall is only 7min. away and it's possible to find delicious dining options and amazing stores.

The apartment is easily accessible by car.
Dubai Aiport: 20 mins

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
