Nice place, good price. Though listed, there is no double sofa bed. There's a sofa but it isn't a bed. No shampoo or soap. Dispensers were empty. Had to go to the store to purchase. But overall, it was good. We'd stay again, with those caveats.

Warm and Welcoming

Our stay for the Ohio is for Lovers festival was fabulous and cozy! The space feels Great area not too far from nightlife or downtown. We will definitely choose to stay here on our Cincinnati trips in the future!!

Cincinnati Getaway

This property was perfect for my family of 5. It was very spacious with updates throughout. The neighborhood was nice, with restaurants and stores only a short distance away. Would recommend!

Hidden gem in the heart of Cincinnati

This was a great place to stay in an up and coming neighborhood. We were able to drive to just about any location in 20 mins or less. The home was cozy and clean. We were able to relax at the end of a busy day of site seeing. The host was so kind and easy to reach. (The only down side, the construction site across the street starts pretty early in the morning) Recommend 8 out of 10 stars

Spacious and convenient

We stayed here while visiting our son at Xavier. The location was convenient to campus and the surrounding area. While the area felt a little older we were told it’s the better side of campus to be on. We had a little trouble with unlocking the electronic key door but the owner was responsive and helpful. The coffee and creamers provided were spot on as that’s all I needed in terms of grocery items for the weekend and I didn’t have to bring or buy them. The massage chair was a hit. We would stay here again.

Cute apartment but could use a few changes

When we arrived we were not impressed by the location as there were people hanging in the parking lot/apartments across the street and they were loud. Also it did not look safe… we were ready to book a hotel, but we decided to go inside to see how we felt. The pictures were on point, but a few things needed attention. #1 complaint was that the bedroom fans do not stay on unless the lights are on. The towels were put away wet, thankfully there were others that were dry. Couch was uncomfortable as were the beds (especially if you are over 5’10”, your feet will hang off the bed.). Also to get from the parking area to the front door you had a far walk or a slightly slanted hill to climb. The good was the hot water had no issues for 4 long showers. We liked the esthetics of the apartment and it was decorated well. Coffee was appreciated very much, especially the variety of options. It was very spacious and once inside we felt safe. If we were in the area again, I would stay if they fixed the fans so they stay on without the lights on. They seem to be building up the area, to make it classier and the police station was less than a half mile away. Host were very pleasant to work with.

We arrived at the property earlier than expected and found the surrounding area to be less desirable than anticipated. We reached out to the host via text to request early check-in but initially received no response. After calling, they replied that they would check with the cleaning crew; however, we did not receive any follow-up. After waiting about 15 minutes, we left until check-in time.When we returned, the keys were available. Upon entering, we were immediately met with a very strong odor of marijuana, which was overwhelming. Although it was less noticeable upstairs, the smell persisted, especially at night. Due to both the odor and the area, we discussed leaving but ultimately decided to stay.Additional concerns:*Crumbs were present under the dining table.*Ceiling fans only worked when the lights were on, making them unusable at night.*A washer and dryer were listed but not found.*The property is not handicap accessible, with many stairs, and some fixtures (like mirrors) are mounted too high for shorter individuals.*While we appreciate the host’s efforts, the location and persistent odor were significant drawbacks.*The only room that had 3-prong outlets is the kitchen
