Take in the incredible panoramic ocean views just steps from the sand at Risen Son, an oceanfront condo in Kill Devil Hills!
Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this condo is the perfect spot to stay to take in all the Outer Banks has to offer. Spend long, relaxing days on the beach just outside your doorstep, before taking a dip in the community pool to cool off. Head to dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants, or grill your own meal at one of the 3 park grills on site. The Golden Strand complex also offers an on-site community washer and dryer.
Soothing beachy decor accents the colors of the ocean, displayed through the sliding glass door just off the living area. Wake up to the sounds of the waves before stepping outside to watch the sunrise from your private oceanfront balcony. A screened-in entryway offers a large table for card games or dining al fresco.
Three comfortable bedrooms include a king en suite with ocean views, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed.
Pool (30x70) available from May 15 - October 15, 2026. Pool Hours are from 9:00 AM to dusk.
