Cute location end of the lane, walkable to downtown and beaches was a major plus. Lots of birding and sunsets.

This cottage simply had the most interesting environment I’ve ever experienced. A Great Lake Erie view with tons of nature ( bald eagles, deer, water fowl, cranes, coyotes, ) all cohabitating on this quiet dead end street within the city limits. It overlooks freighters unloading coal and stone from Canada.
