Walk to Village Beach Front Modern Home with Pool and Privacy

This custom built home offers a clean and modern place to stay within walking distance to the village of Placencia. Tower House is one of two homes built on almost an acre of beach front manicured land. No other guests will be staying at the property during your stay.
A caretaker lives on the property and is popular with all the guests for his dedication to security, his helpfulness and his pet rabbits.
Tower House has two bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom downstairs, all with ensuite bathrooms. There is an additional half bath downstairs.
The living room seats a large group comfortably on furniture imported from the US. The adjacent dining area seats up to 8 at the locally made Mahogany table or bring the group outside where another table for six sits on the patio overlooking the pool.
The kitchen is well stocked to prepare your own meals or hire the family caterer to prepare a Belizean meal.
The Tower House offers privacy and comfort in a cool relaxed setting that serves as a the perfect base for your Belize exploration.

Comfortable, modern home, with everything you may need to enjoy your stay. The pool is lovely, the beach is 2 more steps, and you can walk the length and breadth of placencia for great food, music, and more beaches. Nick the caretaker is helpful and friendly and takes great care of the place.

Beautiful Stay in Placencia

This home was wonderful! It is beautifully decorated, conveniently located and was the highlight of a perfect vacation for me and my family. The beds were comfortable and the pool was so enjoyable. Nick the caretaker is AWESOME! He is so attentive and helpful. We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen but it was also fun to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Belize!

This Property is Amazing, The communication was first class and the area and house was SAFE. I had work in many different areas and It was a work trip/ vacation for my family. They felt more than comfortable with me departing at 6am and not getting back till 6pm or later. Ann, and Nick communicated promptly and professionally. Housekeeping was very respectable as well. To be honest we have traveled the world and enjoy luxury experiences this was above and beyond for the money. the quality of build was something I'm accustomed to paying 2-3 times the amount when vacationing in Florida, and other destinations in the world. I was more than happy as a professional and safety that this property offered. The house was built with quality in mind something I would build to live in, and the property care was just good, the pool, beach, and yard were manicured to perfection. anyone looking for a stay I would but my name behind this property as a good and safe place to stay. This property is also in a great part of town, a quick walk or golf cart ride from the house can get you anything you want. Thanks for a wonderful Stay Mrs. Ann and Mr. Nick.
