Welcome to a beautiful, unique and private 6 acre property. A 9-ft horse fountain welcomes you to this special property your family group will be relaxed and comfortable in the spacious 7,000 sqft Scenic property. It has 3 fireplaces and two stories with six large bedrooms four Queens and two kings. There are 2 separate staircases that lead to the 2nd floor. The Great room has huge glass windows to see outside. There are 6 full bathrooms. This large Scenic property that can handle 8 to 10 guests comfortably. The large dining room seats 8 and the kitchen table seats 6. There is a piano in the living room. The back of the house has large windows with the perfect view of a large pool with hot tub waterfall. This property is conveniently located 20 minutes away from Churchill Downs and historic Highlands and Nulu which offer incredible restaurants, shops, Bourbon distilleries and bars. You will have great memories for years to come.

HI and WELCOME TO ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO STAY FOR THE KENTUCKY DERBY 150 YEARS OF RACING HISTORY! We are a retired couple married for over 35 years and enjoy hosting guests for additional income. I am a retired school teacher of 27 years and my wife was the CEO of her own medical billing company for over 20 years. We have 2 wonderful adult children and 2 perfect grandchildren. We want your stay to be special and hassle free. Please let us know if we can do anything for you or answer any questions about our home town. We both have live here for over 60 years and know a lot about Louisville, The Derby and surrounding areas. No question is a dumb question. Welcome again to one of the Best places to stay in Louisville and I promise you will love the place.

I fell in Love with this neighborhood; It is truly remarkable with one of the best views in Louisville in fact you can see the skyline and bridge from my front yard. This property is perch high on top of a hill. There are only 7 properties in the whole neighborhood and every property is beautiful with great neighbors. The property values are from $700,000 to over 1m. The small town of Prospect is one of the safest in America. There is a beautiful golf course across the street and a large park with 3 different hiking trails to choose from and miles of beautiful green spaces and expensive homes. You will make great memories from this place for years to come. WELCOME!

I have lived in this house for 7 years and fell in Love with it at first sight! It is truly remarkable with one of the largest pools and hot tub you will ever see at a private home. The pool has a diving board for you to dive or flip from and the tub can handle 6 adults easily. The pool deck is large and has a big table to fit 6 easily plus more chairs can be added. There are 2 large umbrellas to shade you and 4 loungers. A 10 foot tall horse fountain in the front to greets you with a circle driveway. Six cars can easily park on the giant parking pad. The property is on 6.3 acres so no need to worry about making too much noise or worrying if someone else will see you. You can take a walk and check out the field and woods I bet you will see either deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds and geese. If you truly want a unique property then you found it here. Every view from every room is pretty. You will make great memories from this place for years to come. WELCOME!
