Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and well maintained, like being at home. The only cavity is that I requested an apartment with 3 beds but at the last minute it was changed to a 2 beds. Anyway, we made it work.

Nice Condo - great location

I stayed at the condo for the month of March. It was spacious and clean and I loved sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean. The pool area of the condo was very nice. The property manager was very responsive to questions or to any issues that arose during my stay. Walking down to the White Pier area was a quick 10 minute walk.

What a gem!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is located within what I believe is one of the best condominium communities on the island. There is a spectacular ocean view from the terrace, which runs the length of the unit & can be accessed from he living room and both bedrooms. I particularly enjoyed the daily view of the sun rising above the Atlantic. A good view of the sunset is located a few steps away in the courtyard, or at corner of Bertha Street & A1A, or a short walk to the historic White Street Pier. The pool & spa area is clean & spacious, and it also provides a commanding view of the Atlantic. The center courtyard area has several picnic tables & shelters surrounded by a botanical garden of native plants, including orchids and other flowering local species. The unit, which is privately owned, was very clean & nicely furnished with Tommy Bahama pieces. The 4th floor unit is very quite, and it is located steps away from a trash chute & elevator. This is a gated and secure community, with a private parking space located within the gated garage area, which is directly below the unit & a few steps from the elevator. I will be back. What a gem!

A short vacation in Key West

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was excellent. The ladies liked the furniture, specially the large wall mirror that showed the ocean from the condo entrance. The kitchen utensild were quite suffient to cook. We all enjoyed the pool. Quite large and well laid out.

Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed our stay here at 1800 Atlantic it was extremly beautiful place even during the constuction the condo that i rented for our 3night stay was very elegant and nice felt like i was home away from home and I would recommend anyone that plans to take a trip to Key West to stay here. All the people were very friendly and can't wait until next year to take my vacation here i will be sure to book with Key Properties again and again....!!!!

Beautiful Location BUT Still under Repairs

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented unit C432 (BEAUTIFUL VIEW) with the understanding there was Construction going on AT the Condo Property. I emailed the office 6 days prior to arriving asking how the Construction was going, the reply was "slowly". I received an email while on our flight from Spokane Washington stating our unit would not have access to the balcony! We contacted the onsite manager from the Atlanta AP, he offered us a different unit.We told him we would like to see both units. C432 balcony was blocked & had scaffeling along the whole side of the building! We moved to unit C433 the next morning,Beautiful inside & out, just NOT the same view as C432. The yard & beach area was a mess from the contractors. We did enjoy Key West, but felt this was NOT a last minute alert to us, the construction has weeks worth of work still to do.They did give us a discount on the unit, but we were already dissapointed with the office expirence as a last minute alert! I'm sure the Condo property will be amazing once the construction is completed.
