Balcony project should be complete spring 2026.Property manager extremely responsive and accommodating.We had a nice stay in this comfortable condo that had everything we needed for our stay. Great location

Overall, a great stay and location. Master bath was weird shower ( like a Greek bathhouse). None of the closet doors shut properly but we got used to it. Beds were really comfortable.

This property is way OVERPRICED! For a rental price over 4,000 for a week stay. Instructions for key code left out that you had to press another key for it to open 15 minutes of frustration just to get in. The place needs upgrading. The construction noise was very unacceptable. One little bar of soap size of a silver dollar and a 1 ounce shampoo bottle and two rolls of toilet paper is unacceptable. We called and asked for more in the management answer was sorry that’s all we provide. bathroom in master is very outdated. The huge shower Jacuzzi has dirty black foot stains on bottom. Closet door in master is off track and broken, carpet in master bedroom has threads coming out. There’s no beach access. Ceiling fan is very noisy. TV remotes (2) for each TV and no instructions made it impossible to watch TV.The blinds are cheap and the light completely shines in to the bedroom. Just salt and pepper for condiments. No wraps Ziploc bags nothing else. They have Weber barbecues but they are not gas so I don’t know how you could cook on them unless you got your own charcoal. Lamp in bedroom did not work, could be as simple as a lightbulb, but management was no help. No information about Key West.At the high-end price of rentals this condo is way overpriced. If you rent it for half that price it would be OK. The management lack of concern for correcting some very simple items was also very disappointing. There are many better and more affordable condos to rent in Key West Florida.

Regarding the balcony restoration project, the condominium association has been conducting exterior construction since April of last year. Construction notices have been posted on all listing and booking platforms throughout the project, and our rates have been adjusted accordingly. We are sorry to hear you experienced difficulty with check-in. Detailed instructions, including photos, were provided prior to arrival and included the unit number, door code, and directions to enter the code and press the check mark (✓) to unlock the door. Guests are also provided with direct contact information for our on-site property manager, who is available to assist with any issues during their stay. We understand that certain aspects of the unit did not meet your expectations. However, these concerns were not reported during your stay, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them, particularly any concerns regarding cleanliness. We would also like to clarify that this property is not advertised as having direct beach access. Information regarding amenities, features, and starter supplies is outlined in the listing and rental agreement provided at booking. The owners have made numerous upgrades throughout the unit, and the listing photos accurately reflect the accommodations guests can expect upon arrival.

Great Condo!

Check in was a breeze, property managers were very responsive, property had swimming pool, fitness facility and tennis courts (everything we wanted!) , unit was spacious with well stocked kitchen.

Perfect for two couples. Two king sized beds, easy access to amenities, Duval just a 5 minute taxi ride. Updated kitchen was nice.
