Summary:

Two side-by-side homes with private pools!



The Space:

These two homes, Sunny and 75 and Old Blue Chair, combined sleep 54 comfortably with eight master suites between the two of them. There are four main suites per house with king beds and ensuite baths. Each home also has a bunk room with private bathrooms. You will find a private pool and custom lounge chairs on each deck, dual refrigerators in each kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and custom sectionals for plenty of seating inside. For your convenience, the homes also offer high speed internet, sand showers, and a cargo lift. These two homes are joined together by a walkway.



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

Gracious host, great rental beach homes

We rent a beach house every yr for our annual YEM beach retreat. These two side by side rentals were by far the best we’ve stayed at. Awesome hosts and they were very prompt in their response. Looking forward to next year already!

Roomy and Perfect for Big Families

My family and I had an overall nice experience. Check-in was quick. The rooms are pretty true to the photos. Each house had 4 bedrooms with king beds. Remaining rooms were comfortable. My only suggestion to guest coming is to bring mosquito repellent and some type of centronella to repel mosquitos. We all still hade awesome time! The kids loved the pools and there was a walkway and elevator lift that connected the house so it felt like we were all together. The houses are very handicap friendly. There was an additional cost to have the beds made up before our arrival but having the beds made up freed me up to set up other things in the house before everyones arrival.

Perfect spot for large groups!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a group of 6 families that vacation together annually for Labor Day. It is often challenging to find a house/houses that afford a bed for everyone, enough bathrooms, refrigerator space, etc. These two houses were perfect! They had a king bed for every adult, and ample bunks for every child! The two refrigerators in each house meant we didn't have to keep drinks in coolers, and the pools and short distance to the beach were amazing. Check in and out was easy and convenient. The only suggestion I have that would enhance our stay would have been nicer melamine or plastic plate and glassware (especially for adult beverages), but I understand these are beach houses and glass can be tricky. We are already planning to book next year because our stay was so great!
