Great location, large, clean, beautiful house

We had a great week. The house is central to everything. It is a large very nicely decorated house. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We loved the screened in porch.

Great family experience.

Great In-Town Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful to be back in Wellfleet and especially nice to celebrate the 4th of July parade which routes right by the house. Being in Wellfleet center makes getting to all the ponds and beaches very easy (no sitting through tons of traffic on Route 6). The house was comfortable for our family of 4. Was quite easy to to walk into town or down to the harbor to grab dinner or just drinks; our teens enjoyed grabbing gelato or a smoothie. The updated guest bedroom to a queen size mattress was nice to have. The front bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Each had a great breeze from the ocean and ceiling fans which were helpful in keeping house cool since there is no AC. The twin bunk room is cozy but can get hot. The front screened in porch was also nice to have on warm evenings since you can open the front door and let the breeze flow into the house. Comments on amenities: We were okay with the no dishwasher but this might be harder for families with younger kids. We also wound up washing all the dishes, glasses and utensils when we got there as some of them didn't look completely clean. You need to bring your own trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Rental instructs previous renter to leave one roll of tp and paper towels. There was only one trash bag in the kitchen waste barrel. This should be made a little clearer to renters since a lot of other rentals we have been in provide these. For screened in porch, might suggest a little table for an alternative eating location, card playing, games, etc. and having screens cleaned after mowing (the front screens seemed to have a bit of grass debris on them).

Best location for a wellfleet stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable well stocked home for a family of four or five. Lived-in feel, with everything you may need for a week. Nothing fancy but everything works including a grill.

Great Stay on the Cape

Great house to stay on the Cape. The house was clean upon arrival and looked as it did in the pictures. There is also a pack & play available in the house if you are traveling with a little one ( don’t think that is listed as a feature, so just wanted to mention). The screened porch was perfect at night, no mosquitoes & a great cool breeze. You can also walk to town from the property. Only downside is there is no outdoor shower. But I would definitely consider staying at this house again for our next trip.
