About this space
Family friendly and spacious 3 story townhouse located only 30 minutes from Washington, DC and 20 minutes from the National Harbor, Chesapeake Beach, MGM Casino, Andrew Airforce Base, and Tangler Outlet. This relaxing, comfy cozy home is minutes and walking distance from the local mall, shopping centers, Target, grocery stores and restaurants.
The space
The 2,024 square foot home is nested in a quiet and safe community; perfect for families and groups to gather after enjoying their visit to the DC / Metro Area (DMV). This is a tastefully furnished home that is fully equipped with the modern amenities such as: flat screen TVs; in-home laundry (washer and dryer); dishwasher; Wi-Fi; drip coffee maker; toaster; hot water pot; island with seating; flatware and dishes. There is a deck with a charcoal grill and seating as well.

Bedroom 1: Master with King size bed with full bath | Bedroom 2: Queen size bed | Bedroom 3: Two-Queen size air mattress.

Security: Alarm system and external security cameras.

Parking: Two car garage. Two car drive way. Parking available in the front of the townhouse.
Guest access
The guest will have full access to the home.

The property was extremely clean and there was a lot of family gathering space. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and living area, open to each other for visiting. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking so we didn’t need to buy a lot of spices and necessities. It was convenient to all local attractions.
