This was a great location! It was a seamless check in as we were getting in late at night. Highly recommend if you want to get into the city or walk down King’s street.

Great location; walkable to the Metro, Old Town shops, coffee shops, etc. The host was very responsive to questions and checked in to make sure all was going well and we were satisfied, I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

No complaints at all!! Place was clean and the host made everything easy for us! We were also given early check-in which was super helpful as we needed to leave our luggage at the home. Close to restaurants as well. We would recommend this place!!

Can’t beat this 3 bed, 2.5 bath in Old Town. Location is fantastic, walkable to all of Old Town and the Metro. Accommodations are super comfortable and well appointed. Off-street parking for one car and ample free street parking available on weekends. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here, it was perfect for our group, the owner communicated all of the details very clearly and without confusion, the property was well maintained and close to so many restaurants, bars, shopping and historic sites. We will definitely stay here again, thank you for making this a great base and place for our family to gather.

The bedrooms are adorable and the location is perfect. Quick walk to metro and quick walk to bars and restaurants. Plenty of coffee nearby and perfect neighborhood for walking my dog each day! Host was very communicative and it was very easy to figure everything out for check-in/check-out.

Great location for a bigger family. This house was just right for our family of 6. We particularly liked the easy walk to the Metro station, a nearby CVS and Whole Foods for quick essentials, a kitchen with everything needed to make dinner after a day exploring DC, a washer and dryer, and the off-street parking.

The property was cozy, meet all our needs, superClose to downtown Alexandria with all the wonderful shopping and restaurants. Our request for early check in was accommodating and when we had questions Philip was quick to respond and help. We’d stay again.

The apartment is spacious and comfy. Philip made check in easy and communicated well when we had questions. The house was clean and more than big enough for our family of 5. One thing I didn’t realize ahead of time is that there are 2 flights of stairs (back to back) that are rather narrow and steep. One of our pregnant family members was a little challenged, but there were plenty of beds on the 1st and second floor that she could sleep in.We had a great time and would highly recommend this house. Great location with easy and parking.

Property was perfectly located to visit family for the holidays in the area. We walked several times to Old town as it was that close and convenient. I cooked the whole time we were there with a very equipped kitchen. Check-in and response was easy and quick.

Excellent location for visiting DC or Old Town Alexandria! The walk to the metro was was about 8 minutes and pretty straightforward into DC. The home was clean and had a lot of character. Note that 2 queen bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (shared bathroom) and king bedroom is on 3rd floor (with bathroom) with steep stairs. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor. Bathrooms were well-appointed with choice of shampoo/conditioner and body washes and plenty of towels. There are 2 living rooms, one of which has a 77 inch smart TV. Philip responded quickly to our questions.Whole Foods is within walking distance. Old Town is about a 20 minute walk with many restaurant choices.

This is a lovely home with a great location in Alexandria. It is about a 10 minute easy walk from the King St. Metro and very close to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Please check out Hard Times Cafe! The house was exactly what we expected. The kitchen had all the items needed for our cooking needs and there is a very nice place to sit outside and enjoy a fire or to grill. Communicating with the host was great. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again if we get back to the DC area.
