Spacious and newly remodeled. 2 KING SUITES & Bunkroom with XBOX for the kids.

We hope you love it here as much as we do! With two king bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) and a bunkroom that can sleep 6, this ground-level condo is the perfect place for your group to spread out and call home while you enjoy the warmth, sunshine and all the wonderful things Saint George has to offer! The amenities are fantastic and lie just beyond your back patio. They include a pool (heated year-round), a hot tub, pickleball courts, a basketball court and a playground for the kids.

This condo has a large, fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen, including a coffee maker and an electric kettle. There is also a barbecue grill located on the private back patio.

There is plenty of space to gather as a group in the family room to watch tv or play a game together on the large coffee table. The cabinet under the tv in this room is well stocked with games and puzzles.

For dining, there is room for 8 to be seated comfortably at the large counter-top in the kitchen and room for 10 to dine on the covered back patio.

Each room has a smart tv, allowing you to login and enjoy your favorite streaming apps using our complimentary wi-fi (note- there is not cable or live tv in the unit).

Sports equipment (including a basketball, a football, frisbees, and pickleball paddles and balls) along with pool toys and towels are stored in the open shelves in the hall bathroom and available for your use during your stay.

For the kids: there are helmets and two scooters available to ride (outside only please!) Also- there is an X-Box S in the bunk room ready to go with digitally loaded games.

For the babies: a port-a-crib (with bedding), a high-chair, and a stroller are provided.

We will provide a code for the front door 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. This will allow you to self-check-in and provide full access to the condo during your stay.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Each room had their own bathroom! Everything you need for your stay is provided. High chair, pack-n-play, scooters, pool toys/towels, etc. The home is so organized which made it super easy to find everything, like extra blankets, towels, and such. It was very clean! It’s the ground floor, which we loved with little kids. The kids could just go out the back door and play at the playground. And Mom and dad could see them from inside! Huge plus. The host was super communicative leading up to our stay and was very accommodating. Check in was a breeze, and same with check out. Everything was super easy to find to make sure we checked out correctly. Also, WiFi password was posted throughout the house which was so nice to not have to go searching through the welcome folder to connect every device. 10/10 Would recommend this place.

Host was hands down had the best communication than any other place I have ever stayed out. She was prompt and helpful. This place also had all of the dry staples in the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. Everything was organized.

The house was clean, so organized and very nicely decorated. Everything was stocked so well. Host had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Ground floor and easily accessible. It was the perfect spot for our family.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay here while participating in a pickleball tournament and exploring the area. All the seating in the living area was great, and the back patio table gave us a whole other room to hang out. We enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub too, for which there were plenty of towels. The kitchen had all we needed for our time there. We had 3 couples staying here and all of us were able to have our own bathroom, which was nice. We definitely could have used a tower fan in the room with bunks to have some air moving, but other than that, our stay here was fantastic!

Five adults stayed here for 2 nights. It would also be a great space for a family with younger kids. We loved everything about it. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed plus extras- pickleball and other sports equipment, pool towels, fully supplied kitchen. The beds are comfy and the pool area is beautiful. Amy is a great communicator. We will be staying here again.

This condo is excellent. It was very clean with nice furnishings and amenities. The host has been thoughtful about having extras like pickleball equipment, pool toys, scooters, etc available for guests. I loved that there were empty baskets in the closets that we were able to use for dirty laundry baskets during our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again.
