Located just steps away from Eighth St. Beach Access. With 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, this cottage offers variety of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Crystal Cottage offers a private backyard with a wraparound pool (10 x 21) featuring a swim/tanning ledge with in-water lounge chairs and 6-person spa.

On the main living level, guests will enjoy an open-concept living area, kitchen, and dining space. The living area features two sofas, two sitting chairs, and a 65-inch flat-screen television. The chef-style kitchen offers high-end stainless appliances which include a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and an island with a bar that seats three. The dining table seats eight. Also located on the main level is a half bath, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and the primary bedroom suite. The primary bedroom offers a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second living level features four guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, 45-inch flat screen tv, and a full ensuite bath situated with a single vanity sink and walk-in shower. The second guest room has one queen bed, a full ensuite bath with a single vanity sink, and a tub/ shower combo. The third guest room has one queen bed, a full ensuite bath with a single vanity sink, and a tub/shower combo. The fourth guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top. The guest bath has a single vanity sink and shower.

Both levels of the house offer wonderful covered porches and there are two dining tables on the main level, one off of the living area with seating for 8 and another off of the primary bedroom with seating for 4.

There is a very spacious covered porch beside the pool area perfect for friends and family to gather. Complete with two full sofas, four sitting chairs, and two lounge chairs. There is also a wood-burning fire pit beside the pool and gas grill perfect for preparing meals outside.

The pool and spa can be heated in the off-season for $125.00 per night.
There is an outdoor shower conveniently located on the side of the house that is perfect for washing off after a fun day at the beach.
