Take it easy at this unique and tranquil garden getaway.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. A stones throw from Holland Park, the Design Museum, Kensington shops, restaurants and amenities.

The home is newly renovated and spacious, perfect for all occasions. In addition to a comfortable bed, there is a sofa bed, ONLY available on advanced request.

The bedroom has a brand new king size bed with luxury mattress and stylish rattan cupboards. Moving to the living room, there are two new sofas, one of which a double size sofa bed.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine as well as high table with 3 chairs for dining. The bathroom has a shower & bathtub with excellent water pressure. There is a Smart TV equipped with apps like Netflix & Amazon Prime, ready for you to login into.

Kensington & Holland Park is a wonderful residential & vibrant pocket of london. A tree lined home close to London's reknowed charming spots.

The design Museum is a couple minutes walk away, exhibiting great art & design. Holland park and the Japanese gardens is a must see for beauty and tranquility. Holland park also hosts outdoor opera and theatre - not to be missed!

Our favourite local pub, The Scarsdale Tavern, is 3/4 minutes walk away, and full of British charm with outdoor heated seating with trees. The Abingdon, another classic, and many more.

There are supermarkets within 3 minutes walk, a local small Sainsbury and huge Tesco with everything. Wholefoods is a 15 minute walk and Waitrose 7 minutes.

A 7 minute car ride away and you'll reach the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum the V&A and knightsbridge.

There is a parking space available on-site and can be booked via JustPark.

There is a bus stop at the top of the road, with great links throughout.

Over ground station, Kensington Olympia, is about 7 minutes walk away and is the best to get you to East London & Gatwick Airport.

Earls court tube, about 10 minutes walk, has District & Piccadilly line, that goes to Heathrow Airport.

Local tube stations are High street Kensington, about 10 minutes walk or a short bus ride. With Circle & District Lines.

Hosting parties are not permitted with any and all damages to be paid for. No smoking please, except in garden with terrace doors closed.
Remove shoes in the entrance corridor, can store in shoe bench. Do not wipe make-up off on towels, use tissues. All ruined towels will be charged.
Smoking ok in the balcony - make sure to dispose of your cigarette butts and ash considerately and close terrace doors, so smoke doesn't go inside.

Great location

We stayed at the property for a week, exploring London with our two children. The location is great, on a quiet residential street between Kensington High Street and Earl's Court, with convenient access to shops, buses and Tube stations. We loved the private patio, which forms a natural extention of the flat and is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The host is professional and prompt. It was lovely having the garden. Even though it was winter, the view of it from inside gave a feeling of more space. The flat is spacious. Shower water is hot. Bed was comfortable.

Amazing Place to Stay

The place surpassed all expectations! The apartment's prime location near High Street Ken and Hyde Park was unbeatable. Inside, it was immaculate and comfortable, with an enchanting garden providing a serene escape. The host's hospitality was exceptional, making us feel like old friends. Kensington is in the heart of London - a classic location, also afforded a quiet & safe residential vibe - perfect to relax after a long day of work or London action.

A short walk to Holland Park, the Japanese Gardens & Tennis courts. Loads of delicious restaurants, pubs, brunch spots and shopping. On the door step of the London's iconic Design Museum, with free & paid shows. About 20 minutes walk from London's biggest sights: The Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Science Museum. Take the Piccadilly line and within 20 minutes watch a play, theatre or show.

With prestigious neighbours like Lewis Hamilton about 30m away, come stay in prestigious Kensington and Chelsea!

A quiet and spacious one bedroom garden home with lots of natural light.
Newly renovated, the home boasts purifying plants throughout.

As designers, we fell in love with the light and nature in the living room. The sofa bed is in the living room and we placed voile curtains on the ceiling that let some light through, with one part exposed to see the sky. We have eye masks, though do also bring your own. There is an additional oil radiator on the side of the sofa bed. The experience of waking up in this room is so beautiful, immersed in nature and one we hope you enjoy as much as we do.

The garden has an outdoor dining area and enjoys morning to early afternoon sunlight. Squirrels & birds visit daily, bringing warmth and animation.

A hidden gem and unique find in London.
