Beautiful location, Great House

We stayed for 2 weeks in late September. Loved the house, which was spotless, and well organized. We walked to the beach everyday, tried the Sesuit cafe, caught a few stripers, went bike riding, and enjoyed some of the local restaurants--especially Scargo. Chatham was a short drive for some Loved the Dennis area.

Beautiful home in the heart of Cape Cod

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Dennis, MA. It is very centrally located, and it enabled us to take advantage of exploring various towns around the Cape. Sesuit Harbor is nearby, as are plenty of restaurants, shops and stores. Lots of fun activities for the family, including fishing, sailing, kayaking, biking are available nearby. There are a number of wonderful beaches nearby. The hardest part of the trip was convincing the kids to leave the house each day, as the home is very warm and inviting and has every convenience one would need for a trip. Highly recommend this lovely home away from home!

Perfect Week with Extended Family

This house is nothing short of perfect. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and ideally located on a quiet dead end street with a cul-de-sac and is walking distance to the beach. The house has every modern convenience you could want and more. We loved eating outside on the beautiful deck, as well as sitting on the side patio. Our group consisted of 2 couples (sisters with our husbands), our mother and one teen. The layout was ideally suited for our needs (one downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom with walk in shower, 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and their own bathrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and its own bathroom). The big open kitchen is equipped with every kitchen item you would want for a week. We took advantage of the bicycles and enjoyed a lovely ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The water is so close that we enjoyed several walks down to the beach to watch the sunset. The owner of the property called a couple of days before we arrived to tell us about the property and ask us if we had any questions. He gave us some good tips and told us to reach out any time if we had any questions. We are so glad we found this property!

Pictures don’t do justice! Perfect house, perfect location!

We are two families with kids (5 and 7) and couldn’t be happier with this house. Every room has its own bathroom, all very organized and beautifully decorated, the kitchen and common areas have absolutely everything we needed, even beach toys! There’s no doubt the house was carefully decorated with high end items which makes the experience so much nicer. The location is also great. Beautiful And quiet neighborhood Walking distance from a very nice beach and just about 10 min drive from Mayflower Beach which is also a ranked beach worth visiting. We are sad to leave and hoping we can come back one day, for sure!

Perfect home and location!

Our family (my husband and me, two adult sons, SO’s, and 18 month-old granddaughter) stayed at this gorgeous home for our first week together since January. The home was spotless and looked and felt brand new. The decor is sophisticated, yet comfortable. The kitchen has everything one needs for cooking in; spacious dining areas inside and out; and Sesuit Cafe is a short walk or drive away for great seafood (eat outside at the picnic tables or call ahead for takeout). We were very grateful for the central air conditioning and excellent Wifi as it was a very hot week and most of the adults were working remotely throughout the week. The neighborhood is lovely (hydrangeas everywhere were breathtaking) and the beach is a short stroll away. We went late afternoons and could easily “social distance” at low tide. The owners touched based with us after we arrived to make sure that all was well, and were kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine. They also allow renters to use their bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys. We feel very fortunate to have been able to rent this special home and hope to return someday!

Beautiful house in a beautiful spot

We loved this rental. The pictures do not capture what a beautiful, modern, extremely comfortable home it is. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood and has all the amenities you could wish for - cooking and pantry essentials, plenty of books to read, a wagon of beach toys, great showers/bath. We enjoyed a wonderful week here and the owner, Tony, was lovely to communicate with.

A gem near the harbor

This house is a beautiful place to stay on Cape Cod. Wonderfully decorated, plenty of space and a fabulous kitchen. The beach is a short walk, and one of the quieter beaches in Dennis. The location is perfect!
