Nice house, great location for what we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great other than I had trouble reaching the microwave. Some nice automatic features in the house.

Cozy!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Colt was very responsive to all inquiries and even let us check in early. The host really thought of everything to make guests feel at homes.

Ozark Empire Fair

We raise show cattle and stayed for the Ozark Empire Fair. The location was perfect, just down the road! Rooms were all clean and check in process was easy. Communication was good as well. Definitely will plan to stay if we come back to the OEF next year.

Colt was absolutely amazing & very easy to contact with any concerns or questions. The property itself was inviting & accommodating. If I ever have the opportunity to come back to Springfield on an extended stay this property will be the first one to look up for availability. accommodating

Disappointed

We always come to Springfield for the greater Ozarks tournament, and we’ve never had issues staying in a VRBO. Now, I understand the listing says it’s a multi shared space with a resident staying downstairs but it doesn’t disclose that this occupant smokes in the basement and that they have dogs. For some this may not be a big deal, but for people who don’t smoke or who aren’t around it and all you can smell is smoke and you leave the premises with your clothes smelling like smoke it is rude and inconsiderate. Be honest in your listing and disclose that information.

This renter was the worst I have had in my over year of doing Airbnb/vrbo. Both nights they came in past midnight and was up past 2 the first night and up til 4 am the second night. Playing music and partying. I was generally concerned for my property and was awaiting their departure to call in and tell Vrbo what happened but these people had the nerve to complain about my dog. Do not rent to this person. They have no respect or care. BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE AS A HOST! NOT ONCE HAVE I EVER RECEIVED A 1 star review except from this clown!
