The Space: Welcome to your second-floor retreat in a beautifully restored historic building at iconic 493 King Street—right above Sewing Down South, featured on Southern Charm. Step outside and you’re instantly immersed in Charleston’s most lively dining, shopping, and nightlife scene.

Inside, enjoy a bright, open living space made for relaxing and spending time together. Cozy seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, surrounds a 60” Smart TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen makes everything from morning coffee to shared meals easy and enjoyable.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable king beds and Smart TVs. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bath, while the second bedroom has convenient access to a full hallway bathroom. A washer and dryer are included for added comfort during your stay.

Parking: A $20/day parking pass is available by request. Please contact our concierge at least 24 hours before arrival with your details. Your pass will be waiting in the unit—just display it clearly and park only in designated spaces.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
