Everything was clean and well stocked. We felt right at home. The bed was extremely comfy and it is on a quiet neighborhood. I loved that we could walk to the Celt too. Great house.

One of the best places I've stayed at. Very comfortable and quiet and near plenty of things and places to do what's needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Such a nice place! Thanks for having the air conditioning turned on and the house so comfortable. I loved walking to the art museum and the beautiful Japanese gardens.

We had an incredible stay! Everything was so very clean and well furnished and spacious! The pictures were accurate but didn’t convey how spacious the rooms were, how high the ceilings were, how well the house “flowed” and all the small details that combined to create a wonderful, restful environment. I also appreciated how helpful our host was, as he communicated so professionally and responded to my responses very quickly! The open kitchen was inviting, the gas fireplace was so pleasing, and the “night mode” in the bathroom lighting fixture was very kind to the eyes. The bedding was immaculate, very comfortable with mattresses that were perfectly soft and fluffy! We can’t wait to stay again when we are in the area. Thank you for letting us stay!

It ain’t sexy / but it’s really clean and has great beds. Drip coffee maker so bring your own coffee :) / 5 minute walk to downtown / quiet street. Will stay again !

Beautiful, clean, and spacious. A very welcoming house. Appliances are top notch and the furniture is comfortable. Location is convenient as well. Quiet neighborhood. I especially enjoyed the washer and dryer and the phone charging station. We had dinner at Smokin Fins and it was delicious! The Greenbelt Riverwalk by the Snake River was nice to walk as well. The Falls are very pretty.

Great location. One block from greenbelt, art museum, close to downtown. House is very clean and cozy. Host is very accommodating. This is our home away from home.

"We had a fantastic stay! If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would—definitely a 5 1/2 star experience. The location is unbeatable and served as a great home base for our fishing excursions, yet the neighborhood was remarkably quiet. We loved being within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. In fact, we enjoyed the area so much that we are planning on making this neighborhood our forever home in Idaho Falls. The space was modern, spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!"

This does not sleep 6 people as advertised unless you are okay with sleeping on an air mattress. Also the listing saying twin sofa bed - that means you’re sleeping on a couch. Which is unacceptable at this price point. Otherwise the house is just okay. The porch entry way smells horrible and the overall house is kind of dirty (dust in corners and tub area has a gross window shade that touches you while you shower). Lastly, the neighbor is not that great. There is a travel trailer camper parked on the lot next to you and most of the block has house is very poor condition. Would not recommend this rental to anyone.

We showed up and the house had not been cleaned. The host was very responsive and the cleaners came right away. I would stay there again, it was very clean and comfortable.

The house is perfect for a solo traveler or couple staying to visit, see the sights, etc. The house was clean, convenient location, quiet neighborhood, great kitchen, host was always responsive. My family stopped by and visited with me. Plenty of seating and space for their visit. I will stay there again. Loved my stay.

This is a cute home. We ran into some issues during our stay, but Mike resolved them quickly. He has great communication. The location is great too. So close to downtown activities. A new kid park is walking distance to the river. We'd love to stay again.

This sweet little house on a quiet street was just a short stroll to the restaurants and farmers market at the center of town. The kitchen and dining area was spacious and comfortable. We will try to stay here whenever we visit family in the area.
